Restructure the NHS… …dump the Diversity claptrap, then we can all see a GP when we need one!

The clues in the name...unless it's an ACCIDENT or an EMERGENCY..don't go!

Pointless calling a GP, they're still in a 2 year holiday mode.

NHS issues = Too many Chiefs & not enough Indians, (no pun intended), Stop wasting Millions on unnecessary management positions & diversity officer's costing millions more than front line staff, Nurses & Doctors are the NHS & not the ponces skimming the system

We need more campaigns about people needing to take responsibility for their own health, where possible (don't be obese, stop smoking, reduce alcohol intake, don't get drunk on a Friday night etc). We need to be more proactive and responsible for our own health.

Bad advice, so many elderly will not make the call because they don’t want to cause a fuss…

Paying for (through tax) & held hostage to a health service that isn't fit for purpose! The reason they say they're putting more money into the NHS than ever is because its being siphoned out more than ever! The NHS is just a big cash cow for the elites! Cu*t!

So what are you supposed to do if you break an arm,leg or hip? They are not life threatening!
