Robert Greene says that how you handle anxiety is the most important quality in life: "It will determine whether you will be successful, whether you will find your career path, or whether you won't be able to." "Anxiety is a signal to you that you don't understand something, that there's a problem out there that you can't resolve." "If you're able to turn it into something creative and productive, then great things will happen. You'll create a masterpiece." Robert Greene on Andrew D. Huberman, Ph.D.

Russell Brand, addressing his 10 million followers on X: "Your enemy is not Russia." Boris Johnson: - I don't understand why we wouldn't send a few peacekeepers there? To demonstrate our support for a free and independent Ukraine? This is a political question! It's about whether Ukraine will be free, or whether it will become a vassal of Russia, which is what Putin wants. Russell Brand: - Don't worry about Putin. What you should be concerned about is your own government. It is that which is your greatest threat. It's not Putin who is taxing you without reason. It's not Putin who is arresting you for posts on social media. It's not Putin who is unleashing gangs of rapists in the country. All of this is being done by your government, which you yourselves are paying for. It's not Putin who is telling you that all the sacrifices made by your grandfathers in World War II, and by your fathers in the Falklands, Afghanistan, and Iraq, were meaningless. It's your own leaders. And it doesn't matter who they are – aunt, white uncle, dark-skinned uncle, eloquent uncle. It doesn't matter. They all represent the same system that controls you.

Walz: And you can be assured, whether it's the state patrol or whether it's the National Guard, their deployment is there to protect minnesotans from whatever it is. If it's an act of nature, if it's a global pandemic or in this case, if it is a rogue federal agent..

Carlos Mendoza was asked if he's changing anything in his approach after the Mets fell short of expectations last season: "You have to. I had a lot of time to reflect after the season was over. You look back and you're not just going to be the same guy. There's room for improvement, whether it's communication, whether it's explaining roles, whether it's using your coaching staff. A lot of different ways that I have to be better and you learn from it."

🧪People often ask me if a high layup is "worth it" - and what I think is that, people are making the game WAY too technical. It's Basketball man. If you like layups and you want to do layups, you're going to have more fun with a high driving layup rating lol. It's really that simple. It's worth it for ME. It's all about how you want to play the game. Whether you find success with it or not all depends on your shot selection and your timing. #NBA2K25

Does she consistently put other things ahead of spending time with you? If so, it is a sign that your relationship isn't a priority for her, and it's time to assess whether this is a healthy dynamic for you.
