Envoy, Prolute, Ghosty, and Huke all played for Optic in the cdl and have nothing to show for it, while every version of Faze’s rosters in the cdl have won chips. That means a lot to free agents

OpTic is more than a spot on a CDL roster, short time success might be enough for you but no other team offers you a future and family like OpTic 🐸☕

If you want the clout and notoriety. Some people just want to win, and unfortunately (as an OpTic fan), OpTic hasn’t consistently won in some time. Of COURSE they showed potential this year with multiple top 3 finishes, but t3 t2 doesn’t get you a chip.

@Methodz i do support optic but faze is a golden ticket too my friend. And going to faze might even be a better choice for him. Its sad to say but faze is 10x more consistent and probably a better team overall. (Cod wise)

This is an awful take. He’s got more chance of winning with a trio who have a track record of winning or being a top team consistently all the time then joining a team that has been struggling to win or even be consistent at all.

I think he's 100% about the "golden ticket". Being in Optic is an open door to popularity, & sponsorships. However why not have those things and go to a team with a more recent history of winning in Faze. If it was any other team outside of Faze you probably sign with Optic
