I dropped out of highschool. I get 5 job offers a week. Skilled labor is needed not pieces of paper in an industry that ai will soon take over.

Degrees are important. Degrees are not the problems. Its the number of job opportunities and the endless descrimination by not havinf fair hiring process is the problem. Most of the jobs opportunities get filled up through referrals.
