Lust is a demonic spirit. It has a root that requires deliverance. Picturing baby Jesus may or may not be comforting in the moment, but it doesn't uproot the source that allowed that spirit to enter in the first place. Holy Spirit doing a work and faith in Christ needed.

I struggle with lust too and I started taking it on in “expert mode” I started sleeping naked and yes, my dick gets hard but I fight the temptation to touch it and honestly, it’s been working. Looking at my dick hard and having self control is giving me strength.

Lust is a form of sin of the fallen man. It has ravaged lives. Yes if deep love can solve it why do people still cheat on their partners? In essence, SIN is the problem. Thanks God for his grace in CHRIST., according to his power that work within us.
