Worked primarily around women, have had both male and female bosses. Neither was better or worse than the other. The difference was how the women around me reacted to them. The women always hated the female bosses, many openly said they preferred a man for a boss.

My sister is a CEO in a huge corp. She is utterly ruthless. She rose up through operations, and is known for taking underperforming parts of the business and making them profitable again. You don't do that by being "nice" to incompetent managers and failing business units.

Women bosses are evil, vindictive, backstabbing, gossiping, horrible pieces of Misandrist human crap. I've NEVER had a good female boss and avoid them at all costs if I can. I had one particularly bad woman who thought she was my boss & horrible women & Male coworkers.

Except for the last one, I have experience terrible female bosses.
