Here in Ethiopia we call someone a “Rangers” if you are totally skint but you pretend you have money, we call people “The Rangers” or Sevco if we went to there funeral but then see them walking about after, they do this to wipe there debts! This isn’t made up!

It was on a series years ago that was filmed in a dump in Lagos (I think) they explained at the time that Dundee united came to play friendly match and they were awful so became slang

So at this point, if you got people out there still claiming that, you know, ICE agents were wrong in this. They shouldn't have shot her. They should have shot at the tire.
