add an enemy that pokes rolus in his big stupid eye, and blinking fixes the status affect. shrimple solution...

this is supposed to be feedback for not having a weapon equipped. there's a designated button for a "self-press" aka using an item on yourself, this is what happens when you have none. i'll probably just change the sound, i like being able to close his eye
