He’s selling 42$b of capital. The only major index left to add is ndx (there’s a perpetual antimicrostrategy sentiment in the spx since the stock was kicked out of the 600 fasb won’t fix); net buying in ndx is ~1B$. If 1B of active money moves it up a lot, what does 42B of selling do
