Even the preamble is incorrect. Who says duas are not accepted. The prophet SAW is quoted in Jamia Tirmizi & musnad-Ahmad that Every dua is accepted in 3 ways. 1. the way you requested it. 2.Allah removes a calamity from you 3. It will become useful if on the day of judgment.
