Dear Amazon Hope this finds you well. I ordered a couple of items off your app (Amazon Saudi) during my trip to Saudi Arabia on December 5th, I paid for all the items via my Mastercard but I noticed one of the items’ delivery date was later than my departure so I cancelled it and was promised a refund in 5 days, it’s now Feb 17th and I’ve still not yet recieved my refund .. I’ve been in touch with your support team but nothing has been resolved, every associate I chat with tells me wait 3 days or 48 hours for the refund … this has been going on for over 2 months.
