This is stupid this is all he does .. pretending he reinvented the wheel. Eric has things that this one cable move will make your chest better . It doesn't it's only a part of the entire workout. He has made 200 YT videos doing the same thing .. it's pathetic at this point

The level of control under that much weight is just unreal.

He used to post on FB about his "clients", then got caught using someone else's clients progress pictures. He shut that down REAL quick and went to being a "consultant" for other trainers. He's since switched over to doing strictly videos.

People see the muscles, but not the dedication behind them.
