Saw #HanumanAnsh movie. It is just too good ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Guys, if you are thinking it will be a boring documentry on a baba, you are grossly wrong !!! ⭐ See first 10 min and I bet you will see it till the end. Infact you will feel why the hell interval is coming in between. ⭐ A very fast paced movie with back to back events happening. ⭐ Very gripping, emotional and soulful ⭐ Top notch direction and screenplay. ⭐ Superb natural acting and locations. ⭐ awesome background score ⭐ excellent songs which gel very well in the movie ⭐ You can compare it with the likes of #Kantara ⭐ See it once and you will take your loved ones along for second time. Nmplol says he's relieved following the aftermath of his divorce video "Before that video..the amount of hate that I got..I'm up there in the hate levels on Twitch of an Asmon or Hasan..at least they have supporters" "Idk if I'm really capable of feeling good..more like just a sigh of relief..maybe it's just a man thing..every time I typed in any chat..ppl just being as mean as they possibly could with what they thought was true..one of the reasons why I couldn't stream..not gonna go live to a bunch of ppl that hate me" "2 ppl walk up to me..hey man congrats on the divorce..so they saw this stuff..so there's also a chance that ppl in the world saw the negative stuff..in the future tho..Idk if I can afford to ever be silent for that long..a year of this was brutal..gained 30+ lbs" "So many ppl are putting their opinions in there..oh this should have happened..none of u are judges or lawyers..have 0 context" "Lot of them were supporting me but a lot of them were just kind of too mean towards Malena..u guys are going a little bit too far..she did what she thought was best for her..I don't agree with it, I do think it was a bit greedy..but I think she just thought this was best for her" "From her perspective, we did kind of build this empire together..I really do hope she finds something that she wants to do..not mad at her in the slightest..yes a massive waste of time of money..same time, this is someone that I cared about for 10 years..I just want what's the best for her" (Via Punching Down Podcast)

Michael Phelps won 23 Olympic gold medals using a mental technique most athletes ignore: "The biggest thing that really separated me through my career was my mental game. Everything that was in between my ears." Michael explains how he used visualization: "When I would visualize, I'd visualize every single thing getting up to a meet, probably a month or so in advance. What could happen. What I want to happen. And what I don't want to happen. Because when it happened, I was prepared for it." He describes the goal: "When I got to a swim meet, there's nothing I can control at that point except what I do. I can't control what anybody else does. So I want to know how the race could go, how I don't want the race to go, and in a perfect world, how the race should go. So I could get behind the block and not have to think about anything." His coach Bob Bowman reveals how they trained this skill: "When Michael was young, I gave his mom a book of progressive relaxation. Before he'd go to bed at night, she would read this progression of things: clench your fists, work through your whole body. He got so good she'd just open the book, say two things, and he'd be asleep." Bowman explains why visualization works: "The brain cannot distinguish between something that's vividly visualized and something that's real. By the time Michael steps up on the block at the Olympics, he's swum that race hundreds of times in his mind. All he has to do is shut everything down and it goes on autopilot." Michael adds the key detail most miss: "When I would visualize, it would be what you want it to be, what you don't want it to be, what it could be. So you're always ready for anything. If I have a suit rip, fine, I need another suit, put it on. Any small thing that could go wrong, I'm ready for."

#1yearofRetro 💙 The first Half of #Retro was filled with Elevative Artistry, Emotional Connect, Craftwise brilliance, One of the Career best performances of Suriya, Technical brilliance, Totally invested Engaging Screenplay and Perfect interval block.. More than anything the Politics of colonisation and the message at the end was so beautifully done!! Especially the Chapter - Love! It was a poetry on screens.. 1st 40 minutes and 20 minutes towards interval block nu this 1 hour was such a masterpiece work both in writing and direction!! That 15 minute Single shot Kanimaa Sequence was Pure Cinema!! I would definitely mention about this as one of the best sequences ever made in indian cinema..🔥 shreyaas krishna ‘s cinematography, Santhosh Narayanan ‘s absolutely mind blowing background score and songs, Make up, Costumes, Stunts னு Craftwise it was a stunner in every department! Though I didn’t like Loki- Vijay - Ani’s master on the whole, I’d still rate it as one of the best cinematic experience I had on theatres because of the performances of vijay, VjS and I loved so many moments all over the film from the Actor - Director - music director trio.. I feel retro is that for suriya 💙 எனக்கு Overall message ஆ, Scenes ஆ, Idea level ல 2nd Half பிடிச்சிருந்தாலும் ஏன் இவ்ளோ All over the place ஆ இருக்குனு தான் முதல் முறை பாக்கறப்போ தோணுச்சு.. And Suriya is one of the finest performers we’ve got in Tamil.. சில காலமா வாரணம் ஆயிரம் and NVOK Hangover அவரோட எல்லா Roles லயும் தெரியுதுனு சொல்லிட்டு இருந்த எனக்கு, “This is the performer Suriya I was waiting for!! This is what he’s capable of!!” I would rate this performance as one of his career best performances!! So tough to crack and convey to the audience.. Actor ஆ சூர்யா யாரு, அவரோட Potential என்னனு காட்டறதுக்கு சமீபமா வந்த படங்கள்ல Perfect portfolio படம்னா அது Retro தான்..💯 The mirror scene where he tries to smile so hard and The interval scene where he smiles for the first time will go down as one of the best scenes in suriya’s career!! But he pulled it off so well!! I might have complaints with the products Suriya Sivakumar has given, but I would be the happiest person if I see something good happens for him!! Retro is one such good thing happened to him! Always thanking karthik subbaraj always for that! 💙
