II use smoking as a way to manage my GI adhesion issues caused by physical trauma—my intestines have a high number of nicotinic receptors, and nicotine helps far more effectively than pain medications. Why magnesium? Because it's integral to 600+ biochemical bodily processes. But most magnesium products are hard to absorb due to their low dosage. Some are only 10% magnesium per dose. 🔥 Wild Mag Complex has 90% elemental magnesium in each serving. 450mg of 500!

Will nicotine patches or gum work the same? I stopped smoking 20 yrs ago. My insides look like spider webs. Everything used to be to be stuck together. I had some cut when I had my tubes removed. The doctor was shocked at what she saw through the scope. She couldn’t get everything. I know they can grow back. I’ve never heard nicotine could help!!!!!

I live with significant scar tissue, and when I fast, my intestines become overactive, making it feel like knives are shredding me from the inside. The adhesions cause an intense, almost unbearable pain as the constant motion of my intestines pulls and stretches the damaged tissue. It’s not just discomfort—it’s a level of agony that’s hard to describe unless you’ve experienced it. Over time, I’ve found that sugar and nicotine help to slow down peristalsis, calming the relentless movement of my intestines and providing some relief. While it’s far from a perfect solution, it’s one of the few things that can temporarily ease the torment and let me function. For those who haven’t dealt with the effects of adhesions, it’s hard to imagine how something as simple as intestinal activity can become such a source of pain, but it’s an everyday reality for me.

I started using nicotine at 44… never felt better

I use nicotine to keep me from choking out stupid people on a daily basis.

They need to ban the chemical additives, not the nicotine. Pyrazines are what make cigarettes addictive.

@RobertfKennedJr Please stop the FDA from taking nicotine out of tobacco.
