Love does escape the pocket, fairly often. He scrambles to throw, not to run. These are also quick pressures that the line is allowing. 13 quick pressures while rushing 4, thats impossible to do anything with. The type of "escape the pocket" you are referring to is when the QBs pocket clock has expired, and he merely knows it is time to leak out through the tackle/guard gap in the pocket to extend the play or run.. its not from a defender breaking free and running at you full speed. Typically this type of escape the pocket comes from a clean pocket. You cant do that when theres quick pressure in your face. You either juke the defender (rare), throw it quick, or take the sack.
