Patlom is getting criticized. people are calling him “an old snake” or saying he’s “an old snake preying on a younger person” and things like that… in the story though. and i haven’t really read the novel… not “haven’t read much” i haven’t read the novel at all. so i’m just confused so whenever people call me an “old dog” i’m just sitting there confused. but if everyone can separate the actor from the character then that’s great .. go ahead and criticize him. you can criticize Patlom all you want. idon’t even know how bad he is but go ahead and criticize him anyway 🌞so people actually feel better after criticizing someone? i think… i understand. i don’t want to understand but i do understand that nowadays people like criticizing each other. but anyway… if criticizing someone makes you feel better then go ahead. if you end up getting sued because of what you said then you’ll have a headache later. so … be careful. otherwise you’ll end up meeting a lawyer or something like that. right. criticize in moderation. just enough. i understand. let me stop there. i’ll just say this directly and simply. if i tell everyone “please don’t criticize people” it doesn’t really work anyway. i understand. people who want to criticize will criticize no matter what. no matter how well you do people will still criticize you. even me… just posting an igs… just posting a photo on ig… people still come and criticize me. sometimes i post a shirtless picture and people go “why are you taking your shirt off?” cause i wanted to! i went to the beach so of course i took my shirt off. when do people normally take their shirts off? at the beach right? if going to the beach then of course going to take the shirt off. well… you don’t have to if you don’t want to—that’s your choice. but i’m going to. just kidding just kidding. 🌞it’s nothing. i’m just talking and complaining for fun. i’m not being serious at all. really nothing i’ve said is serious. honestly if nobody bothers me i’m a really chill person. i’m not tense at all—not even a little. seriously people think i’m always so intense but in reality i’m not like that whatsoever. i’m super chill. extremely chill. people say i’m “fire” right? sure you can say i’m fire. but that doesn’t mean i’m on fire all the time. i don’t sit around yelling at people all day. i don’t spend all day criticizing people either. you know what i mean? when something bad happens to someone people always say things like “just let it go luk” or “don’t pay any attention to it” but … oho… i honestly believe that if you’ve never been in this position you wouldn’t understand. it’s so frustrating. it really makes your hands itch your fingers itch—you just want to do something. you really do. sometimes the things people say… they’re harsh. really harsh. they don’t hold back at all. and sometimes they hit right where it hurts. that sting…really stings. but there’s nothing can do. all can do is smile… then send it to the friends like “hey look at this. this is what people cursed me today” so … what do think? confusing isn’t it? it still hurts. it really does sting. but there’s nothing we can do. we’re people living under the spotlight. the spotlight is bright. lately though i’ve started getting used to it. i’ve become more relaxed. much more relaxed. i understand things like this a lot better now. everyone grows at a different pace you know?

People judge me, and the boys around me tease me a lot. 🐥 I was teased a lot too. Back in elementary school, people would say stuff like, “If you become a singer, then I’ll become something even bigger.” But really - does that matter? If you have a dream you want to pursue, that’s already a good thing. I used to feel embarrassed too. You know how writing “singer” as your dream always feels awkward? Especially during puberty, it’s kind of embarrassing to write “singer” on your school forms. But later, when you look back, you actually feel proud that you had a dream at all. I think even if I hadn’t become a singer, I would’ve still felt that way - because just having that dream takes courage. And if someone teases you, tell them: “Who are you? What’s your dream? Why are you teasing me for writing what I want to do? What’s it got to do with you?” Say that. If someone criticizes you for chasing what you love, that person isn’t a real friend. Now, if someone doesn’t work hard and only talks about their dream, a true friend might give advice - that’s fine. But if you’re right beside them, really doing your best, and that friend still tells you “stop it,” I think that’s too much, especially for people like us who are still walking the path of youth. So yes - do what you want to do. So... he almost gave up? 🐼:Actually, I’m a lot like Pond. I’m someone who really loves going to concerts. Many fans probably know that, and my friends definitely do. I have to admit that there were many times when I would watch a concert and think to myself, “One day, I want to be on that stage and perform for everyone.” And today, that day has come. It’s a strange feeling. It’s like a dream I’ve been chasing since I was a child. When the day comes that it actually happens, it’s such a strange feeling because I don’t even know how to explain it to the people in front of me. But one thing I do know is that I feel incredibly lucky to have everyone here watching me. This is a profession, something I never thought I would actually do. Honestly, I always thought it would just be a dream because I’ve always tried to live in the real world. I knew that the chance to have an opportunity like this in the real world is… 00000000,1% of the population. So I focused on studying. I planned out my life what I wanted to do, how I would live and this was just a hobby. My friends know me well; I told them this back in my first year of university. Everyone knows me as a GMMTV artist and actor, with some work here and there. And everyone asked me, "Why are you worrying about this?" With confidence, I replied, “I’m studying because when I graduate, I’ll stop doing this and get a proper job maybe in a bank, a firm, or an IT company.” One thing my parents have always told me since I started in the entertainment industry is: "If you really want to do this, why not take it seriously? Don’t just do it for fun. If you want to do it for real, plan it. Think about what you want to do, and how to do it well." I had always refused… until one day, in my third year, I was sitting in a friend’s condo while they were writing their résumé to apply for jobs just preparing a portfolio so they’d have work after graduation. Then my friend asked me, "Hey, have you started your CV yet?" Okay… now I had to get serious. I opened my own schedule, and what I saw was… strange. Looking at it, I realized, “Wow… I’ve been doing this without even realizing it.” My schedule, from the 1st to the 31st of August, was almost fully booked. For the first time, I thought to myself, “Maybe I can actually do this… all the way, even when I’m old.” And from that day in 2023 until today, in 2025, I am truly grateful to everyone for giving me the opportunity to do this as a real profession, to chase my dreams for real, and to actually make them happen. YOU DONT LEARN FROM SUCCESS failure, on the other hand, is a great teacher (if you let it work its magic) we caught a doozy this week, with about 60 hrs of rework (I’ve had worse but it’s been a minute) A perfect storm of: -unreasonable customer -rushed precon and site prep -poor site supervision (on me) -poor training (on me) -poor outfitting (on me) -less than stellar execution -accident on site (spilled paint on concrete) Things that went well (this is key) -responsiveness and communication w customer -effort and attitude of site team Spent last night with the PM doing an AAR (post mortem) and now I’m in the shop on Saturday working on the team presentation and training, and I’ll be making at least 1 special Home Depot trip to add to our toolkit I’ll post the specifics on the training later, but these are the big organizational learnings that I’ll make sure we all eat/breathe/live starting next week: 1. Will never ever get upset about mistakes. Construction is messy and the only thing we know about each project is that something will go wrong - you’ll never be punished for doing a piece of craft wrong. Eg if you spill paint, I’m not going make you work for free for the 2 hours of cleanup 2. Site setup and cleanliness really matters; if we are going to be somewhere for more than a day - we need a trash can, work table, folding scaffolding for shelves, at minimum 3. The right tool matters more than effort. If you show up and you only brought sandpaper (forgot the electric sander), don’t spend 8 hours sanding by hand - take the time to go to the shop and get the right tool 4. Even if we have done a scope many many times, don’t assume that means everybody knows what to do. Review the project plan in detail beforehand 5. If things don’t seem to be going well (going slow; poorly; upset customer etc), stop and huddle quickly with your team and leaders to problem solve. Our entire organization is designed around making you successful, we are here to help What did I miss? What do you guys include in your AARs?

Eg if you spill paint, I’m not going make you work for free for the 2 hours of cleanup 2. Site setup and cleanliness really matters; if we are going to be somewhere for more than a day - we need a trash can, work table, folding scaffolding for shelves, at minimum 3. The right tool matters more than effort. If you show up and you only brought sandpaper (forgot the electric sander), don’t spend 8 hours sanding by hand - take the time to go to the shop and get the right tool 4. Even if we have done a scope many many times, don’t assume that means everybody knows what to do. Review the project plan in detail beforehand 5. If things don’t seem to be going well (going slow; poorly; upset customer etc), stop and huddle quickly with your team and leaders to problem solve. Some days y’all pushed me to not give up, sometimes even too hard. You kept me in check! Now! 5 months later, I have something I am proud of. When I started working on that shop it was just an empty place, I had to rework everything! Painting, tiles! Electrical work everything! I was exhausted! Even right now I’m just settling for what my money could do, it’s not the dream yet! Soon we will breakout. This year I am winning! And I am winning big!
