I disagree. I think if someone can correctly orient and draw 3d shapes in the shape of a body, they don't need this method. But if they can't orient these shapes or give them the wrong lengths or whatever, it's just another layer of anatomy for beginners to have to learn

I thought drawing a group of boxes was easy, but no, my mind can't compute that properly.

I am trying to master this daily.
