D-Line Press to Scoop Drill - The press to scoop drill is designed for defensive linemen to handle situations where they encounter a double team combo or a zone block. - When positioned on the backside of a play, the player must work to press the scoop as flat as possible against the line of scrimmage. - It is critical to get hands on the offensive player to prevent them from getting a free release to the second level of the defense. - Players are coached to keep their inside arm long, strong, and fully locked out while adjusting their position during the play. - To maintain power and leverage, the defensive lineman should work to get their inside leg up, utilizing a same hand and same foot technique. - If two blockers remain on the defensive lineman, another defender is free; once one blocker leaves, the lineman must be prepared to come off the block and make the play. Meet the Nordic Huscarls, the Nord’s ultimate tier 6 infantry! Armed for any fight, they wield either broad, runed swords or heavy axes with wide iron heads, their edges made to shatter shields. At their side hang throwing axes - small, engraved, and perfectly balanced to strike before the clash. Each Huscarl also carries a long spear with a sharpened steel tip, ready to hold the line or push forward in formation. Their Armor is as imposing as their arsenal. Chainmail wraps the body, reinforced and covered with thick leather that secures it firmly. Fur capes hang across their shoulders, rugged and weathered from the northern cold. Some Huscarls wear mail chausses while others bear tightly wrapped boots. Their helmets, thickly forged and reinforced with strong plates, give them an unyielding presence. On the battlefield, Huscarls can hold the shield wall, break enemy lines, or cut down foes in close combat. Strong, resilient, and disciplined, they embody the relentless spirit of the northern warrior. #mountandblade #bannerlord #warsails

President Donald J. Trump is forcing a long-overdue reckoning for Big Insurance as Republicans push his healthcare reforms forward through Congress. On Thursday, some of the top insurance executives will testify in front of the House subcommittee on Health to answer for a system that denies coverage and delays care, all while the CEOs of these companies rake in the profits. Congress needs to hold their feet to the fire! Big insurance needs to be held accountable and start putting patients FIRST. Republicans, move Trump’s “Great Healthcare Plan” across the finish line, let’s get this done!!

WOW. LISTEN TO THIS. This is the call that sealed Henry Nowak's fate. As surely as the blade did. While Henry lay dying his killer was on a three way 999 call coaching his brother on what to say. And there was one thing the operator needed to know above everything else. Listen and tell me I'm wrong. Digwa's brother Gurpreet called 999 the night Henry died. It was a three way conversation. Vickrum was right there. The man who just stabbed Henry five times. Coaching his brother on what to say while Henry bled out. The operator kept asking. Was he racially abusive? What did he say? What did he specifically say? Gurpreet struggled. You can hear it. He's searching. Taking too long. Because the story was being built in real time. On a 999 call. While Henry was dying. Then he found the word and the operator said that's what I needed to know. Think about that for a second. The operator asked about injuries. Accepted bleeding from his mouth and moved on. Didn't push further. Didn't establish whether the person being restrained needed urgent medical attention. But asked three times what racist thing he said. Like there was a checklist. Like that one word unlocked a protocol. The moment the P word came out everything else stopped mattering. Box ticked. Narrative locked. Cars on their way. When police arrived Henry was on the ground surrounded by all four of them. Vickrum. Gurpreet. Both parents. The whole family around a dying boy they'd just stabbed. Coordinating their story. His mother later hid the murder weapon. Convicted of assisting an offender. White man. Racist attack. No weapons. Police already decided before they saw a single thing. Henry repeatedly told them he'd been stabbed. Don't think you have mate. A lie constructed on a phone call decided everything. The system was primed to hear exactly that one word above everything else. Above the evidence. Above a dying boy's own words. That's not one bad operator on one bad night. That's a priority embedded in the system. Racial element confirmed. Everything else secondary. Including a dying boy.

Adam Brody, an actor who has made a career monetizing his Jewishness for roles, has said he thinks Israel is committing a genocide: a lie and a slur. His quote: "Put me down as thinking it's a genocide. Put me down as wanting a free Palestine." Yet Adam had not had one public word to say after the atrocities of October 7, the worst slaughter of his fellow Jews since the Holocaust. Brody knows that to get along in Hollywood circles you had better keep quiet about the people that seek to wipe Jews off the planet and instead come out against the Jewish homeland. While Brody is happy to use his Jewishness to get ahead, his identity is surface level: in this clip from “Nobody Wants This”, two “Rabbis” talk about Tu Bishvat - the New Year for Trees - when they actually mean Tisha B’Av when we mourn the loss of the Temple in Jerusalem. Neither Brody or co-actor Rogan noticed the mistake. Brody has spoken about researching Judaism for Nobody Wants This. In a 2024 interview, he described visiting the Jewish quarter of Venice as part of that research. That’s nice: but why didn’t he visit Israel? Y’know, the ancestral homeland of the Jewish People? Had he done that, he might have got a little more understanding about the reality of the situation: that Israel, the free-est country in the Middle East is peace-loving and peace-seeking while needing to defend itself against jihadi enemies bent on their destruction. His glib perspective is ignorant, and without understanding and nuance. Adam: Nobody wants this.

I continue pressing Mahmoud Khalil with a simple question: why call for “intifada” in the U.S. and support Hamas? Instead of answering, he’s rushed away and shielded by his entourage. As he gets into a cab, the crowd closes in surrounding me, shouting, and putting hands on me while claiming victimhood. Argument turns into shootout between bus drive, passenger. - CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Surveillance video released Friday by the Charlotte Area Transit System shows the May 18 shooting aboard a CATS bus between the driver and a passenger. - The shooting occurred after the passenger, Omarri Tobias, asked the driver to make an unscheduled stop as the bus traveled through Charlotte's Steele Creek neighborhood. When the driver, identified as David Fullard, refused, Tobias can be heard taunting Fullard, who continues to drive. - In the video, Tobias can be seen pulling a gun. Moments later, Fullard pulls out his own gun. Gunfire is exchanged as the bus drives off the roadway. - Two other passengers on the bus flee to the rear of the bus. Neither of those individuals were physically harmed in the shooting. - Fullard was shot in the arm. CATS fired him, saying in a statement that it’s against policy for an employee to have a weapon on CATS property or while performing their job. His attorney said he had the gun because like so many drivers, he didn’t feel safe on the job. - He is not facing any charges for now. Tobias faces charges of assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injuries, communicating threats, and carrying a concealed firearm. He was given a $250,000 bond and was also banned from riding any type of CATS services.

Holiday Turns to Horror as Pensioner Falls to His Death While Parasailing in Phuket What began as a joyful moment on a dream holiday ended in tragedy within seconds. Roger John Hussey, 70, had been smiling and chatting with beachgoers as he prepared to go parasailing on Kata Beach in Phuket, Thailand. Just days into a long-awaited trip with his wife, he looked relaxed… excited even. Then everything changed. Moments after taking off, Roger plunged more than 100 feet into the shallow water below — in full view of stunned onlookers. Witnesses watched in horror as he fell from the sky. His wife, Budsabong Thongsangka, captured the moment on video — footage now being used by police as part of their investigation. Men rushed into the sea as soon as he hit the water, while emergency services scrambled to the scene. Roger was taken to Patong Hospital, but despite efforts to save him, he was pronounced dead shortly after. He had arrived in Thailand just 12 days earlier, travelling from Melbourne and visiting Chiang Mai before heading to Phuket. What was meant to be a dream holiday… became a nightmare. Police say they are now investigating exactly what went wrong. The parasailing operator and boat captain have been arrested and charged with negligence leading to death, with authorities examining whether proper safety procedures were followed. Early reports suggest Roger may have come loose from his harness mid-air but investigators are still working to determine how and why it happened. For his wife, who watched the entire incident unfold, the trauma is unimaginable. And for those on the beach that day, it’s a moment they won’t forget. A split second. A single failure. And a life was lost. I wonder if there was more to this because it literally looks like the parasailing operator detached him from the harness.
