I have a wonderful black doctor. I graduated high school where our valedictorian was black and is now a renowned surgeon. Id hate for them to be subjected to this kind of judgement. That’s what affirmative action and DEI does.

Kirk didn’t directly address the young man’s scenario and missed a great opportunity. The fact that you could look white and still get hired as a DEI hire just because you may have some black ancestry shows how pointless DEI is. It can be/is abused and ultimately harms everyone.

If white privilege exists why does he identify with his oppressed side? Why wouldn’t he identify as white? Because he knows full well identifying as black gets him special privileges

It sure does. I haven't flown once in the last 4 years for that very reason.

So that makes DEI our weakness!
