Fellow Nigerians and friends around the world, good day. Under the leadership of H.E. President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Nigeria’s population of over 240m continues to demonstrate a growing commitment to accessing quality health services and preventive tools that protect lives, reduce avoidable illness, and sustain productivity nationwide. This progress is evidenced by measurable outcomes. In Q2 2024, health facilities nationwide recorded approx. 10m hospital visits. By Q2 2025, visits exceeded 45m, representing a more than fourfold increase and reflecting increased use of essential and life saving services, particularly immunization. Once constrained by misinformation, distrust, and limited access, Nigeria’s youthful population is now achieving historic immunization coverage. Under this administration, over 25m measles doses and 22m yellow fever vaccinations have been administered, alongside Africa’s first Mpox vaccine rollout. In addition, five million children have received the pentavalent vaccine, over 10m the tetanus diphtheria vaccine through the nationwide diphtheria response, and more than 1m vaccines from the Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance funded global stockpile have supported meningitis outbreak control in northern regions. Nigeria Government of Nigeria has taken a historic step in malaria control with the introduction of its first ever malaria vaccine. As the country bearing the world’s highest malaria burden, accounting for approx. 39.3 percent of malaria related deaths among children under five, deployment of the R21 Matrix M vaccine marks a major public health milestone. With over 97 percent of Nigerians at risk, the vaccine complements existing interventions such as insecticide treated nets and seasonal malaria chemoprevention. Rollout commenced in Bayelsa and Kebbi states, with Kebbi alone targeting 179,542 children aged five to fifteen months. Nigeria received 1m doses in total, including 846,200 from Gavi and 153,800 financed by the FG, with plans for further scale up. Nigeria is no longer defined solely by disease burden but increasingly by leadership in domestic resource mobilization and global disease control efforts. In 2025, the FG committed 54m dollars in domestic resources to the global fight against TB Stop TB Partnership and emerged as the largest African contributor to The Global Fund, as announced at the most recent G20 meeting in Johannesburg. These gains are substantive. Sustained increases in health sector financing Federal Ministry of Health, NIGERIA across all levels of govt., covering primary infrastructure, workforce development, and vaccination campaigns, have reinforced global confidence in Nigeria as a provider of solutions. A further illustration is the drive to eliminate cervical cancer. Approx. 12,000 Nigerian women are diagnosed annually, yet the disease is preventable through early HPV vaccination. Since the Oct. 2023 launch across 15 states and the FCT, over 14m eligible girls aged 9 to 14 years have been vaccinated, representing more than 90 percent coverage. These achievements reflect deliberate sectoral reform and strengthened coordination through the Sector Wide Approach SWAp Coordination Office, aligning all tiers of govt. with development partners and NGOs. Recently, formal approval was granted for an additional 68bn naira for vaccine financing and related requirements, with funds lodged at the NPHCDA and scheduled for release. The Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu extends beyond economic reform and infrastructure investment. It is anchored in the development of the Nigerian person and the capacity of every citizen to live a healthy, productive, and dignified life. One of my favorite college arms in the 2025 class is LHP Cade Fisher (Florida Gators Baseball). Had a fantastic true Freshman season in 2023, pitching his way to a 6-0 record with a 3.10 ERA and 48 Ks to 13 BB across 49.1 IP. Lean build at 6'4" and 210-lbs with some physicality in the lower-half. Long arm stroke, attacks from a deceptive low-three quarter slot. Low release height - averaged around 5' on his FB. Easy, under control operation that Fisher repeats well. Maintains good direction towards the plate. Fisher's FB sits in the 91-93 range, but has been up to 95. Plenty of natural run to the arm side, and last year averaged nearly 19" of run. Fisher has plus control of the pitch, and it's most effective when located on the outer-half (to RHH, inner-half to LHH) of the plate. Best secondary pitch is his high-70s/low-80s SL. Long, sweeping action with some teeth at times. Fisher has advanced feel for the pitch and manipulates its shape well. Shorter action with a bit more depth against RHH. Can land it for strikes, generated a 39% miss rate in '23 while holding opposing hitters to a .229 average. 56% miss rate this fall. Lastly, Fisher throws a mid-80s CH. It's a bit of a work in progress right now, but I'm excited about what the pitch could look like. Last year flashed ample late fade at times. Big game pitcher who wants the ball on the biggest stage. Fired 7 innings of 1-run ball against Texas Tech with UF's backs against the wall in Regionals, and then allowed just 1 ER across 4.2 IP in the CWS Finals. Outstanding mound presence. Fisher has pro-level starter written all over him and could be a first round pick in 2025.

American-made drone smashes performance metrics at Chinese prices | Loz Blain, New Atlas A new drone company has exploded out of stealth mode in the USA with incredible claims about its first product, saying it'll fly 4X longer, 10X further, 10X quieter and carry 5X more payload than leading competitors – while competing with China on cost. Let's start with the numbers. Silicon Valley-based SiFly has announced two industrially targeted models with some absolutely ludicrous stats attached. The smaller Q12 platform carries up to 10 lb (4.5 kg) of payload. It can hover for a remarkable two hours - or manage three hours in forward flight, for an operational range of 90 miles (145 km). The company says it's radically quieter than anything in its class as well, and "nearly silent at 100 meters" (328 ft). Deliveries are slated to begin at the end of the year. The larger Q250 platform is built for heavy lift, and capable of carrying a 200 lb (90.7-kg) payload for 100 minutes of endurance. Set for launch in 2026, it's designed for fire suppression, cargo missions and crop spraying at a fraction of what the usual helicopter would cost. "Commercial drones have long forced organizations to compromise between flight duration, payload capacity, and operational range," said Brian Hinman, Founder and CEO of SiFly, in a press release. "We eliminated those trade-offs. SiFly drones are transforming emergency response, infrastructure inspection, and logistics – delivering helicopter-class performance at drone economics." The company says it's validated its performance claims in real-world operations, naming California's Amaral Ranches as an early pre-launch deployment partner. The question of course is ... how? Drones are a well-understood technology now that's been dominated from the very beginning by Chinese companies. If SiFly's figures hold up and this company truly puts 4-10X multiples on these key performance stats, it's sitting on some revolutionary technology advances in energy storage, propulsion, aerodynamics and/or materials – areas that are already highly optimized after more than a decade of commercial and industrial drone development. Annoyingly, there's nothing particularly revolutionary-looking in the renders, and SiFly has yet to explain exactly how it's achieved such a radical leap in performance – not to mention how it's managed to design and manufacture in the USA at prices competitive with Chinese competition. Or indeed, what these prices are. Which would give this company a strong whiff of vapor... But former NASA Chief Technologist for On-Demand Mobility and current Whisper Aero CEO Mark Moore (who knows a thing or two about quiet propulsion systems at the very least) lends this group some third-party credibility in a LinkedIn post: "SiFly's reveal today is kinda breathtaking in terms of capabilities," he writes. "I've personally been able to see this drone develop through the years, and know the principals as serious players. We're excited to launch 🚀Airtable AI Assistant 🚀 today, along with AI document analysis and AI web research capabilities! Airtable was founded 12 years ago with the mission of democratizing software creation. Our pioneering innovation was to distill app-building concepts (data, logic, interface) into intuitive visual components, like a no-code lego kit for app building. At the time, we speculated that someday, maybe AI would get good enough to enable conversational app building–talking to an expert AI app builder–and be a huge unlock, making app building even more accessible. We’re now at that point. While surprisingly impressive text generation and manipulation by LLMs was the breakthrough of the 2022 ChatGPT moment, the emergence of surprisingly impressive reasoning capability from LLMs is the breakthrough of 2025. This is unlocking more autonomous agentic experiences, and generating apps and code is the first killer use case (Cursor, @windsurf, Devin, v0, bolt.new, Replit ⠕ Agent to name a few). But for the large class of non-technical builders, a different approach is needed. When AI generates apps with code, rather than no-code building blocks, it requires a developer to fully understand how they work – and to verify them for hidden mistakes that would be tricky/impossible to debug by interface inspection alone (it may look right, but what is the data model business logic is flawed in non-obvious ways?). Airtable Assistant is an agent that can build and modify Airtable apps through conversation, changing schemas, adding automations, and designing interfaces. You can ask it to do things like: –“Research every conference attendee in this base” to have the Assistant immediately spin up an army of researchers that pull in background information for your attendees –“Analyze each contract to identify key risks they pose to my business” to have the Assistant add an AI field that runs an analysis at scale for each contract you’ve signed. Airtable Assistant can also answer questions about the data in your apps, like prompts as advanced as: –“I'm about to meet Jane Smith at Zelos, read all of their recent sales call transcripts and tell me how far along they are in their implementation and if they’re dealing with any issues” –“What are the most common risk factors in our contracts? Are there any changes to our default posture we might consider?” Credit to Mike Krieger for introducing us to the concept of low floor and high ceiling in HCI many years ago, which has become part of our internal lexicon for thinking about product improvements. Assistant dramatically lowers the floor to building apps, including more sophisticated ones, by helping human builders translate their business requirements into the schema design, logic, and interfaces required to deliver on the use case. In addition to launching Airtable Assistant today, we’re also releasing the capability to deploy thousands of AI web researchers, and AI document analysts, to continuously work on the data in Airtable apps. (long post on going from pre-product to post-product as a founder) We're swiftly approaching launch, so I thought I'd take some time to reflect. The accompanying video is of the first graphical implementation of Onflow (on Android) for a demo we did at Devcon. Barebones (a bit rough around the edges compared to today's visuals) from exactly a year ago. Onflow might prove to be the most complex protocol engineered thus far within the ZK/MPC/privacy space. ~2 years of work, 13 employees, expertise, refining, rebuilding, consulting, re-writing, auditing, novel research in MPC and ZK constructions. What goes into what we're building? First I'll outline what the scope for the initial release of Onflow is (skip to next section if this isn't interesting to you): - Be an SDK, not a standalone monolith. While we do have Onflow ID (our Onflow implementation), we never want Onflow to be centralized around 1 app. This also makes our user-by-default system so much more stronger in garnering network effects. If you've used Onflow even once, as soon as you open another app a few months later that requires compliance, you'll be pleasantly surprised to find that the magic of the protocol has auto-submitted exactly what the service provider is looking for and there is no-to-little user interaction required on your end. - Privacy, privacy, privacy. My background, and a 90% of the development team at Sundial has a solid background in complex privacy schemes, zero-knowledge, academia and practical implementations. We believe compliance/KYC breaches are some of the most dangerous (both physically and virtually) data leaks that can occur, and so Onflow was built to be virtually impossible to leak any meaningful data from, even if you're delegating work to overseas staff, due to how data is stealth-schematized so support agents only see *exactly* what they need to solve your case, and nothing else. - Privacy, again. So what does privacy entail? Well. For Onflow we're utilizing so many new primitives in one, that all come from different departments. From the zero-trust infrastructure for our compliance dashboard, our never-before-seen quantum-resistant QuantMQ data dispatch protocol that is pervasive throughout the entire Onflow ecosystem, to complex routers for oracling and verifying proofs onchain (EVM and SVM initially, as recently announced). We also have our TDE, or "Trusted Data Enclave", which allows you to easily port your credentials to a new device, whether it be your laptop, or another phone, it'll all get transferred over seamlessly through a bespoke mesh-based distribution system (think Signal-type), again through QuantMQ tunnels. Now the true beauty of all of this? Some of the most senior software engineers, protocol engineers, system administrators, applied (& research) cryptographers alongside amazing visual artists, and our incredible CPO (ex-Disney, Apple, AOL and many more) all worked on their individual bits of the protocol. All with a shared love, and deep respect for privacy and great UX, came together to build the behemoth that is the inner workings of Onflow and distill it down to an SDK that takes just a dozen lines to implement, whether in an app, on a website, or in a cryptocurrency setting. One simple SDK that encapsulates hundreds of bespoke, novel and battle-tested MPC, ZK, QP protocols, and productized it into something that will make onboarding and compliance in general a one-click action going forward (for the most part), and will only be more and more normalized as more and more apps adopt this. Who is interested in using Onflow? We're very fortunate to have an exceptional product, which traditional finance, fintech and digital assets immediately recognize the importance of. Therefore, we're proud to announce that alongside our joint announcement with our day-1 deployment to Circle's Arc network, we're also entering traditional finance. Soon, users will be able to create bank accounts for short-stay overseas work solely using Onflow. We're actually surprised at the extremely positive reception from traditional finance, as you can quickly convince yourself words like "zero-knowledge" will scare what's often seen as arcane institutions, but our experience has been the polar opposite. Banks understand the importance of privacy. Banks understands utilizing privacy-enhancing tools to make the onboarding UX more convenient, and save them money and risk assessment staff when it comes to compliance. What's coming up? More privacy, more convenience. Soon you'll be introduced to the full product offerings of our initial release of Onflow. We plan to open-source every part of the stack that we're able to and provides a benefit to proliferating privacy online (such as our QuantumMQ library with bindings for C++, Rust, C#, Swift and Typescript). We plan to prove that all of the hundreds of millions, if not billions of dollars spent on solid cryptographic, privacy-oriented research has not gone in vain, and we've employed and improved upon under-explored breakthroughs to make Onflow happen. What took you so long? Perfect is the enemy of (progress/good/etc.), however, being a product that de-risks businesses and transmits PII (even over quantum-proof tunnels) still require extreme rigor and a lot of systems and novel infrastructure to make sure that there is no central breach point. Version one of Onflow will support 147 jurisdictions, and we soon plan to add support for Aadhar 2.0 as well, to include India (even though they just got biometric passports, they're not as ubiquitous). We support thousands of passports and IDs and have the most comprehensive coverage out of any compliance provider with over 15,000 documents covered. Novel things take time. Onflow is truly a novel, never-before-seen approach to the full compliance stack, with inherent digital ID features as an essential part of the protocol, giving it endless possibilities. We wanted to make extremely sure that what we're releasing here in a couple of months is as solid as can be, and will offer hefty bounties to people who can successfully find a way to disrupt the protocol (one can never do too much manual review, fuzzing, external audits, etc., and we firmly believe in rewarding solo auditors for findings). Lastly. Thank you to everyone building in, researching, contributing to or otherwise promoting, privacy. Privacy is not reliant on financial turmoil, it is the first question a start-up should ask itself when making a new product class. And we're super fortunate to say that in the difficulties of navigating novel privacy, we've found extremely satisfying solutions to extremely complex problems we otherwise never would've discovered. Do not fade privacy. Privacy is a moat, and there are so many markets that are begging to be disrupted if someone with a privacy-oriented view decided to take a pragmatic look at them. Thank you.
