Why did ulquiorras cero do so little damage? I swear second resurrection was meant to do like half their health, atleast when I’ve used it, it has (nice tummy btw :3)

He has two versions, one is his unique action, and the other is a special. Notice the last one does more damage. Also, fighting games usually scale down damage in a combo, so you're incentivised to end the combo and reset your damage (and give the opponent a chance to play)
