My mom would give us a teaspoon mixed in a squirt of lemon & a quarter cup of water if we had indigestion. It would make us burp & debloat us. My sister-in-law called it Draino.🤣🤣🤣

Doctor Grok says that's the same amount of sodium as 11.61 grams of table salt, 0.41 ounces in freedom units. Doctor Grok warns that baking soda sodium is a lot like other sodium sources. If you sweat enough you'll be okay (I hope).

I find it easier if you break it up into 3 smaller doses of 5g throughout the day. Amazing on Leg day, in particular
