Disclaimer: This isn’t meant as a diss to Mormons or the religion, I really am just living my best life and this is where I’m at after being raised in it and experiencing new things as an adult. Wish the same for anyone else who sees this. Sending love to my Latter-Day Saint and religious fam and friends. Appreciate y’all walking on this journey with me even if we’re in different places now ❤️

David im single by the way

The world will get old David.. venture my friend, open arms when you find your way back 👍

I've always loved my gospel and church, even though I've been inactive . This Sunday, I'm returning, feeling a deep call back to my roots. I've realized that our paths are shaped by something greater, and this journey, with its ups and downs, is something to cherish. Seeing your video reminded me of my own experiences and why returning feels right. It’s a reminder that our journey with faith is personal and beautiful. But enjoy your Journey Brethren.

David I have loved you since idol. Keep being you 💜

This video will certainly cause a stir. It will upset faithful Latter Day Saints who loved following your faith promoting music. If you ever find that this new life isn’t everything you hoped it’d be, the gospel will still be here. Wish you the best brother Archuleta.

David has it all, wealth, fame, & total acceptance of his sexual deviancy. So why was he so miserable? Why does he still feel the need to constantly reference the community who raised him to fame & who, once he no longer needed them, abandoned his facade & revealed himself for the deviant he was? Deep down he knew, of course. He knew that all the worldly pleasures before him couldn't fill the hole left by his abandonment of God. He knew that despite filling his life with every desire he has, he couldn't fill that guilt ridden hole. Rather than face his demons, he decided it would be easier to blame others for his guilt.

I wish you well on your journey through life and was always a big fan. I just wish you wouldn’t mock my faith to promote your brand.

Intentionally alienating your pre-dominant fan base with tongue-in-cheek-snark to draw a very small fraction of market-share in is a bold strategy I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone try.
