While I have premium I definitely want to do a long post breaking down the main scene from this show that I obsess with. There's so much that I feel could be learned from it. Not just for expansion animators either. There's honestly a LOT that can be learned from how this show directed its expansion scenes that can be applied to even safe for work animations. Obviously yes, the expansion alone is really good. What makes it so good though is just the fact that there's things you pick up on that you likely don't even realize until you re-watch. I'm using this scene as an example as it's not AS good I would say, but it still has a lot going for it. One thing I've always loved from it that I want to use in my own animations someday is that the expansion sort of comes in waves as opposed to one consistent growth. In a way, it makes it feel more natural while also selling how tight the top is getting. It could have been accompanied by showing the knot getting tighter or smaller with each growth. It's a small part of the animation but just that one thing already adds another layer to appreciate. It's not like most expansion scenes where there's very little outside of just "growing" on its own. There's a bunch of little things that subtly improve it without being obnoxious. The first expansion scene has WAY more that I want to talk about honestly. Far more than this one has. It will probably be a really long post now that I think about it...

well, didn't die, but i kinda almost did. kinda scary and it was my first real "wtf I'm not invincible" moment. it honestly messed my head up, I'm still processing it and kinda depressed about it. today was my first day being able to do anything physical at all. I walked for 30 minutes on a treadmill. tomorrow I'll try some very light compound lifts just for movements sake. I'm not ready for anything heavy or a BJJ workout yet. i quit smoking and vaping, but now I'm addicted to zyn. at least my lungs work again though. thanks for all the well wishes and the check ups from my friends here and tiktok 🤙🏻

Today was a very special day for us in Gaza. My family and five other families I care for finally had chicken after such a long time. 🍗 It may seem simple to some, but for us, it was a dream come true after years of hardship. Today, we felt a rare kind of joy — the joy of food mixed with gratitude and hope. Thank you to everyone who helped make this smile possible. 🤍

I didn’t expect Grok’s video model to improve this much. Today, when I was generating a video with Seedance 2.0, I found the results weren’t very good. So I tried using the exact same source material and prompt in Grok instead. To my surprise, Grok actually produced better results than Seedance 2.0. I’ve put the prompt and source material in the comments, so if you’re interested, you can give it a try too. The left side shows the video generated by Grok, and the right side shows the video generated by Seedance 2.0.

The fact of the matter is, so far every single show of mine has been sold out. Packed from top to bottom! They said I wasn’t gonna commit after I gave birth, they said I wasn’t gonna take it seriously, but I take it very seriously. I perform for two hours and don’t complain.. not only do I treat my shows like concerts, I treat them like parties and have a good time wit my people that why I get REAL reviews from REAL attendees whether that’s my fans, celebrities, or just people that wanna have a good time. Uhhhhhh I was admiring this beautiful view and took a bad step and just sprained my ankle — THE ONE THING you can’t do early on in a hiking trip to #norway and #iceland I’ve planned for months…grrrrrrr! Now I have to hike down this mountain for 2 hours on a busted ankle so please pray for me! Very similar to trading, all it takes is one bad/cocky trade to blow up — especially for short sellers — so it’s at least a good lesson to be extra-careful when hiking on uneven ground and trading in a choppy market like we’re seeing right now!

I can't believe this is real I have GLM 5.2 running 100% locally on my Mac Studio. 2 bit quant. The results I'm getting are better than Opus 4.8 It's now powering my Hermes Agent and Codex. 100% free, local, private super intelligence on my desk I also have it in a loop coding for me 24/7 now I thought we were at least a year away from this type of event. It happened today. The model takes up about 250gb of memory. So you can technically run it on a Mac Studio with 256gb, but you probably want the 512gb memory version (please tell me you listened to me 5 months ago when these were sitting on store shelves) With Fable gone, I now have Opus 4.8 level intelligence on my desk for free. This is the future. Local, private, secure, personal super intelligence. If you're still writing off local AI as a fad or engagement bait, you are officially delusional

Kitten update #8: The kitties are back home! Everyone is getting very strong and active now. I forgot to take their weights this morning so I'll have to do it before the next feeding, but I'm confident everyone is continuing to gain. We started adding in some wet food today. I mixed up a slurry with some of the formula and stuck it in a syringe with a nipple on it. Nobody took to it right away except gray tuxedo, who loved it, but everyone else got some squirted in while they were chewing on the milk nipple and then they loved it. Well, except for dark tortie, which is a little ironic since she is by far the biggest little monster of the litter, but I guess she's done so well on the formula she's not interested in making a change yet. Butts are all looking SO much better now that I stopped using the wet wipes. However, we have now started to have some concerns about little to no pooping. Dark tortie hasn't pooped for 24 hours so I eliminated the yogurt from the formula and am crossing my fingers for some action before the end of the day or back to the vet she goes. I don't know how long they'll let me play with their tummies like this but it sure is fun for now!

Caring only comes from a heart that fears you.. Everything will pass and everything will end, but not everything will be forgotten.. I will never forget you standing by my side during these times when I really need you by my side.. My daughter Julia sends her greetings to you and tells you that she is very happy with your gifts to her.. The pictures below are of some fresh vegetables and fish for Julia. Unfortunately, I bought everything in these pictures on the black market. I paid $600 to $700 for some food. The price of all of this did not exceed $50 before the war.. Everything that money buys is not valuable. My daughter's life and safety are better than all the money.. As long as you are by my side, I will not fear anything.. My friends and loved ones.. After careful examination, we confirmed that Julia was suffering from jaundice Therefore, doctors recommend not giving up canned foods and looking for fresh foods for them. Julia is really getting better and better. This improvement is because of your standing by my side, my friends.. I am very grateful to every person who stood by me and supported me in order to bring happiness to the heart of my child, Julia. I would be very grateful if you would support me to buy fruits and more vegetables for her until she fully recovers My friends and loved ones... I apologize for the delay in updating because the area I go to to get an internet signal in order to tweet has become very dangerous and I can no longer go there as usual.. But I'm here and I'm fine and I'm doing everything I can to be with you. I love you from the bottom of my heart, my friends

This has to be a left shoulder turn into a right hook, or if you're gonna spin back, it has to be a right shoulder left hook. With Jaren Jackson Jr. on him, there is not going to be an opportunity to to just turn and dunk or lay it in. So it's pretty simple to me: Until there is a signal of a post move being developed in these positions, Gobert shouldn't be allowed to duck-in on this big of a defender. JJJ is big and good at defense! If it's someone you can just turn around and dunk on, sure, feed it. But this isn't that -- like very obviously.

This is Bertha - and this is exactly the situation I have been struggling with. She was my first cow purchase. Bought her as a milk cow and then soon learned she was mostly past time for being a good milk cow. She’s about 14 or 15 years old. Still gives a calf each year but her time for a natural end is coming quickly. Many would take her to the sale barn, receive some money for her. It’s difficult to explain but that feels wrong - it’s not, but it feels terrible. So at this point she will likely live her life out here, she’ll serve as a lead cow (she’s really not great for that either), but she will do okay. She means a lot to me and I just don’t want to think of her at auction or otherwise being transported somewhere away from this farm. So for now, and likely until her very end, she remains here.

Such sad news about Dr Michael Mosley ☹️ This recent clip was profound and yet so very simple, "What we buy and then consume has a massive impact on our health.. I managed to reverse my Type 2 Diabetes without medication, simply by losing some weight, and changing my diet" It is said that the best of people are those who add value to other people's lives. Over 4 million in the UK have diabetes, and over 415 million have it world wide I can't explain the science, but the simple message of eating well and the impact it can have on our health eg reversing diabetes, is a massive game changer Michael articulated this - and so many other things - in a friendly, easy to understand way We were in Greece last week and it was very hot. Twice after midday I soaked my hat in water, and on both occassions it dried up in just a few minutes. The heat there at this time of year can be relentless My condolences to his family and friends at this difficult time. Thank you for all that you have done Michael. May you rest in peace 🙏

I'm very impressed with the Streaming quality of the #PSPORTAL , From button press to game loads in about 10 seconds. I never used it before because I was always running this via Remote-play, but now that I've been playing this way for a few hours.... I'm at a Loss for words, this feels just like I'm playing it on my PS5, I even tried Fighting Games and the input lag was almost non-existent, I've tried streaming services in the past (Stadia, GE Force Now, X cloud) But none of them felt this good, this is crazy, if the PS6 Handheld has this feature I'm definitely going to be using it more often, this save me a lot of memory/storage and download times. #PSportal 👑 #Playstation 💙

I told my 65 year old father NOT TO GO to the Pudgy Pop up! My parents live in NYC, I asked them about the pop-up to see how close it is. Turns out it's 50 minutes and 2 train rides away. I'm not gonna put him through that journey. Saturday night, he calls me up & sends me this video In the video, he says: "This is very very very incredible. So very! It's very beautiful!" I share this to say this is a 65 Yr old man who knows nothing about this world except what I share with him. He went to casually pick up an item & surprise us, waited in line, & got the warmest treatment from the team. Walked out with the Pudgy Bouquet for us and the Pax & Polly keychains for him and my mom (jealous) and stories he could not stop talking about The phone call was literally him just going on and on about the vibe, the staff, the smiles, the people and everything in between. My dad went to his first Pudgy event before I did & I'm happy for it! Thank you Pudgy Penguins for putting a smile on my old man's face and getting him to feel the Pudgy experience IRL. We proliferate one small memorable experience at a time. How are you playing your part?

I told my 65 year old father NOT TO GO to the Pudgy Pop up! My parents live in NYC, I asked them about the pop-up to see how close it is. Turns out it's 50 minutes and 2 train rides away. I'm not gonna put him through that journey. Saturday night, he calls me up & sends me this video In the video, he says: "This is very very very incredible. So very! It's very beautiful!" I share this to say this is a 65 Yr old man who knows nothing about this world except what I share with him. He went to casually pick up an item & surprise us, waited in line, & got the warmest treatment from the team. Walked out with the Pudgy Bouquet for us and the Pax & Polly keychains for him and my mom (jealous) and stories he could not stop talking about The phone call was literally him just going on and on about the vibe, the staff, the smiles, the people and everything in between. My dad went to his first Pudgy event before I did & I'm happy for it! Thank you Pudgy Penguins for putting a smile on my old man's face and getting him to feel the Pudgy experience IRL.
