I have learnt to understand that golf is about minimizing your misses. On the tee, I aim up the right and I do everything to hit a draw. It gives me confidence knowing that I then have the entirety of the fairway to play with. If I hit a small draw, I end up on the right side of the fairway. If I hit a big draw, I end up on the left side of the fairway. If you aim up the middle, you double your room for error. Lesson is to learn the way you shape the ball and then make it work for you. #PXGTroops

Nobody throws away pallets after seeing this. 🍅🥒 Two pallets leaning together. Rich dark soil. One small plant on each side. Then we walked away and let nature do what it does best. The left side grew tomatoes. The right side grew cucumbers. All the way to the top. 🌿 What would you grow in yours? 👇

Magnific 'Structure Reference' + RunwayML "Restyle video" to colorize old movies ... I think one might run this in a way you use this to help to determine the color layer and then apply the colors on top of the original black and white image... ... would work best if you would do a separate init frame for each cut...

Today was wild in Colorado. 1 tornado and then this. In 35+ years of chasing I have never seen this before. These are 2 funnels side by side , each reaching away from each other and at 1pt reaching 3/4 of the way to the ground. 1 was dark and 1 was white. It was wild and so cool

I was riding my motorbike and I thought I saw a dead snake on the side of theroad. I generally don't pass up free stuff. Don't judge we're all human. Anyway, I stopped to collect my snake and it turned out to be a huge blue iridescent earthworm. It was not dead. It was the coolest thing ever and I was on the side of the road fondling it for like 20 minutes. The iridescence was phenomenal. The video camera colors are not as nice as the still camera but I assure you he was vivid.

Almost got into an accident this afternoon while on FSD. FSD thought the FedEx truck would make its turn quicker. When it realized it couldn't, it tried to go around. At the same time, there was a car approaching in the right lane. I assume FSD calculated there was space for me in the right lane, but it really should have just slowed down. I had to slam on the brakes and steer the car to the left to avoid the driver side of my car clipping the trucks bumper. It was way too close for comfort. I have done tens of thousands of miles on FSD and have never had anything this close happen before.

Written up, with the log excerpt, what it touched, and the one decision he wanted me to sign off before it stayed in. I have been building agentic systems long enough to be suspicious of exactly this. The output usually works and has no taste, and you find out three weeks later what it quietly assumed. What made this different was that it did not close the loop by itself. It did the work and left the judgement to me. Order of operations matters more than capability. We had a really interesting 10.6 sprinter with repeated right side hamstring strains over the past year join our hamstring workshop. UPMC Sports Surgery Clinic 💪🏾Isokinetic tests have him really really strong on both limbs. 🔋Emg told a story of right side dominance and good lateral to medial hamstring balance whilst the left side was far more imbalanced with medial hamstrings dominating action that we assumed the lateral would. 🧐When we went on to the track, we saw similar things. 🚩Notably a reluctance to open up into late swing phase, avoiding long lever eccentric stress on the distal hamstrings…. ON THE LEFT LEG! Well this was noticed across a range of exercises velocities and complexities. 🏃🏾‍♀️ Drills with speed and locomotion, static fast drills as well as static slow drills. 🧐Movement illuminates structural qualities. 🧐Can you spot the difference in these two leg cycles? Could it be that the right side is repeatedly hurt due to the deficit in the left side. After all, if you can’t integrate late swing phase, then you will have poor negative foot speed.
