In my humble opinion, the biggest mistake in Jiu-Jitsu is “quitting” for a few months or years. I totally understand that sometimes life gets in the way, but my two cents here would always be to just decrease the frequency instead of quitting completely. If you can’t train three times per week anymore, train twice a week. If that’s not possible, train once a week — or even once every other week, or once a month. But don’t quit. Normally, nothing good comes from quitting. You forget your moves, lose mobility, lose confidence, lose muscle, and so on. Any training frequency will always be ten times better than totally quitting. What are your thoughts on this?

I am now fully convinced major fraud is taking place in North Carolina crime stats. Last night, I was researching a case when I kept noticing something odd. A Hispanic suspect who was correctly labelled as "Hispanic" would strangely be "Caucasian" in other arrests. This happened more than once, so I started digging. Turns out, this CONSTANTLY. In fact, even when a suspect is clearly Hispanic, even has an ICE detainer, and the option for Ethnicity is available to pick "H" (Hispanic)... they are OFTEN labelled as "Caucasian". I didn't come across this once or twice. I saw it hundreds and hundreds of times... the option to pick "Hispanic" is there, they just aren't using it. They are purposely choosing the label of "WHITE CAUCASIAN" to identify CLEARLY Hispanic criminal illegal aliens from OTHER COUNTRIES. This is massive fraud.

Brooks Koepka has sat and waited to get into the last two signature events as an alternate only to head home Thursday after not getting into the events. It's not the first time in his career it happened, but he also is understanding of the position he is in. Koepka is playing in Myrtle Beach this week. Set II is ready Elon Musk "First rule in government spending: Why build something once when you can build it twice for 3x the cost???" We built Set I in a studio near downtown Austin but the space was only available for a week so we had to tear it down last Friday. Like SpaceX, it would be completely unreasonable to expect the first rocket to make it to orbit so on Wednesday I rented an aircraft hanger 15 minutes from Giga Texas and we started construction on Set II. We finished it on Saturday night and can now record anytime in the next 30 days. The most entertaining outcome is the most likely. Let's make this happen. 🏴‍☠️

A statement has been put out by the family of the man so horrifically injured in the Belfast attack. Maybe I’m a cynic or maybe I’m just not a very nice person (I’m not bothered what others think), but something doesn’t ring true. This does not read like a statement written by a horror struck and grieving family…..an I just don’t buy the forgiveness and calls for calm/peace. It’s not just in this case, it happened last week and seems to happen in all cases. I can categorically assure you I would not have made that statement and I do not believe many people would. So my question is….do the authorities bully, threaten, coerce or lie to these families to get them to put out these reconciliatory statements? Anger, fury, disgust would be my reaction and total and utter condemnation of the system and politicians that did this to my relative 😡

Sad to see folks who benefit from THC getting confused by reefer madness propaganda. Professor Scott Galloway on Huberman Lab: “I have trouble sleeping. I have trouble winding my brain down, and I take edibles. I do edibles probably twice a week.
