I’m convinced it’s all mental & confidence issues. Look with how much ease and confidence he was playing last season. Maybe his contract situation could be one of the reasons why he’s always overthinking when he has the ball

Then maybe he can’t continue at this level. A contract situation should make you fight even more to be better, but he seems to be shrinking into himself. Bayern can’t keep waiting for him to be consistent - should be gone this summer.

Now it’s like he’s playing with restrains, he doesn’t accelerate, he’s overthinking while he should be more instinctive. You’re it a creator, you’re a breaker.

When BYU put the ball in AJ Dybantsa's hands, he delivered. I love his demeanor. A blend of alpha confidence and unselfishness. He definitely has some flaws but steps up to a challenge. It will be debated all season long, but he is the number one pick in the NBA Draft come June. As of today, I can’t imagine somebody leaving him on the board.

His confidence never waivers — whether he plays well or whether he makes a mistake, his confidence in his ability to impact winning is always there, and that helps a lot. And he can make an impact regardless of how many minutes he plays. So it's really just his preparation, his mindset, his ability to impact possessions, which is important for our team, and he can do all three under kind of any circumstance.”
