🥀 actually, i didn’t get to go to school very often when i was in high school either. i was a trainee back then, so there were a lot of days where i had to leave early, and a lot of times when i couldn’t go at all. even so, i think i tried my best to stay close with my friends i tried to keep a positive attitude, smile a lot, and stay cheerful 🥀 and whenever someone came up and talked to me first, i was really grateful that meant a lot to me sangwon 🥹🤍

vernon about trainee minghao 🐻‍❄ when hyung first came in as a trainee, he was quite the rebellious type, visually. he had a shaved head and did breakdancing, that's why i found him quite cool back then 🎱 when i first came to korea, i was the closest with vernon 🐻‍❄ i really liked him back then as a trainee because when i was younger, i thought that breakdancing was very cool and i wanted to do it too but my parents didn't let me. then a guy came in actually knowing how to do it, with his head shaved, and it was just my style. since he came from china, we often went to konkuk univ station to eat some food from his hometown. that's when he introduced mala to me and that was even before mala craze took off. it was so unique and i thought that maybe there's a reason why people don't eat mala in korea but it just suddenly took off!

🦌 &team, right. i met up with k hyung from &team. let me tell you the story. i just parted ways with him. so, i met up with k hyung. he had told me before, "if you come to japan, hit me up. let’s grab a meal." but honestly, everyone says things like that, and actually following through to the point where you sit down and eat together isn’t that easy. you get what i mean, right? it’s kind of like when someone asks, "hey, are you going through a tough time these days?" a lot of the time, they’re not genuinely offering to sit down and listen or comfort me. most of the time, it just means they’re curious about how i’ve been and want to catch up on my life. but when i actually reached out to k hyung, he immediately said he was free today, so we went out for a meal and then stopped by a café. and honestly, it was so much fun. even though it was our first time eating together, i felt more comfortable than i do with some of my hometown friends. since he speaks korean well, it made things even easier. and as for me, i’ve learned just enough japanese to at least try and make k hyung laugh. i tried being a little playful, and luckily, k hyung laughed at my jokes. that was a relief, i would’ve been embarrassed otherwise. i laughed a lot, and k hyung did too. we ate, and since k hyung likes walking, we walked around a bit too. he started this career way earlier than i did, so he gave me some advice. but honestly… i don’t even remember what we talked about. it’s like when you meet up with an old friend and later think, "wait, what did we even talk about?" and you can’t remember anything. i was so happy. when i go to apgujeong with hanbin hyung or gunwook, i tend to say, "since we’re in apgujeong, i’ll pay." but when we go often, we just take turns paying. so when i went to apgujeong with gunwook to eat kalguksu, i was like, "i’ll pay this time, but when we go to osan, you cover it." we joke around like that. but k hyung did the same thing. seriously… k hyung was really just like me… it felt like if we met a second time, one of us might disappear, like what happens to doppelgänger or something, just way too similar. we kept talking, then went to a café and talked some more. he said he had never seen someone eat two ice creams before their meal. i had ordered them 10 minutes before k hyung arrived. i saw that the barbecue place had ice cream, so i was like, "oh? they have ice cream? well, then i gotta try it!" and i ordered two. apparently, that was a first for him. i guess it’s not something people usually do. even after the meal, i had more, and then we went to a café. k hyung was once again like, "since we’re in japan, i’ll pay." he took a regular taxi for himself, but for me, he was like, "oh, gyuvin, you’re a superstar!" and called a van. i was like, "hyung, this isn’t right. you should take this one." but he kept insisting, "just get in, get in, get in!" so yeah, we had fun and then i came back. and as soon as i got back, i turned the live. that was my day. also, i have a lot of friends now. there's younghoon hyung, jungha hyung, and of course, k hyung, hanbin hyung… of course, my members are a given. i guess i’m kind of a “insider” now, huh?

The backstory of Chanyeol's krump dance in Infinite Challenge, he did it to lift up the mood bcs that's what he always does with the EXO members and Yixing always likes it so much 🥹 🍒: There's a whole backstory, as far as i remember, in around 2013 when we were practicing for Wolf and Growl, at that time we would all gather in the practice room and practice, then we would joke around a lot. As someone who had the role to lift up the mood, i used to do this a lot! And Lay hyung especially loved it so much he would laugh until he cried. During the (Infinite Challenge) filming, the mood was kinda down, and when it was almost time to wrap up, suddenly Jaesuk hyung said to me "Eoh? woonhak’s first impression of jaehyun! 🧸🐶♥️ 🧸 okay next.. next is jaehyun hyung, i’ll proceed in order of age. my first impression of jaehyun hyung… i’ll say it straight, if i had to describe it as a colour, it was full of purple energy. but not a deep purple… more like an ambiguous light purple? but at the same time, slightly deep too… how do i say it, it felt like this kind of shimmering energy was spreading out from his body. 🧸 back then, jaehyun hyung came in with a bridge hairstyle, wearing really strong perfume, and even had his jeans on inside out.. this is such a well-known talk, right. he came, and while he was greeting us, he seemed a bit shy around new people. we had high expectations, because.. how do i say it.. we’d heard that a really cool hyung was joining, so we were like “oh, the vibe is good, this hyung, okay, let’s go.” i immediately tried to get close to him. 🧸 even though he was shy, i kept approaching him non-stop. back then, i kept asking him things, what do you want to eat, what do you want to do, what kind of music do you like, and even had 1:1 talks with him in the studio. that was also when i had just started making songs, so i would play him the songs i made. looking back now, i think “wow, that song was actually really good.” to me, at least. they were cute songs quality-wise, and i’d let jaehyun hyung listen to them. back then, he said they were really good, probably out of politeness, but later on he even teased me about them. 🧸 i got closer to hyung by listening to the songs he made, and that’s how we became close. originally, we had this thing where we’d kind of do talent shows for fun, like when the energy got high, we’d just act crazy and play around. and there was always someone in charge of raising the energy, and that was me. but once jaehyun hyung came along, that role got split between the two of us. i’m really grateful for that. 🧸 we always… like i mentioned, i’d open with three songs, and in our practice room we had LED lights, so when we turned all the lights off and just left the LEDs on, we really loved playing around like that. we’d play music, k-pop and stuff, and what i did back then was play songs like ‘bohemian rhapsody’ or ‘crooked,’ and i’d go crazy in front of the hyungs. they’d enjoy it, and i remember that. i’d imitate michael jackson too, and they’d find it fun… honestly, i don’t even know, but we had times like that. when we got tired from practice as trainees, before going home, we’d just play music, play around, and laugh among ourselves. 🧸 ah right, we also had time to wrap up the day, like we’d all gather and talk about things like what time to come in the next day, stuff like that. we’d kind of organise the day. and then there was this thing where one of the hyungs from the new development team would come and guide us, so while waiting for that, we’d play around like that and end the day in a fun way. 🧸 but after jaehyun hyung joined, thanks to him my pressure got lighter. from then on, it felt more like something we could all enjoy together, and the overall vibe became more shared and fun. and through that, jaehyun hyung also got closer with the other hyungs too.
