I'd say quite likely, though it depends if Seregios can appear in the Cliffs or Wyveria. Recall Barroth and Jyuratodus lost their turf war between games purely by locale distribution.

Does Seregios even enter cold biomes? If not then, unless Gore broadens its territory (which I'd welcome), we'd only be able to see it between two tempered fellas in the Ruins of Wyveria. Which probably wont happen all that often.
