This was a small animated sequence for a feature-length film and the main challenge was achieving very realistic, hand-drawn textures in every single frame. We all smoke our way, for now I have mastered the art of the glass tip cone style. It’s not a specialty roll by any means, but it’s consistent for me. I don’t have the fine hand coordination nor the patience to fuck up a hand roll when I can do this pretty easily and it smokes as proper as a good hand roll. When I have more time away from serving, I’ll practice hand rolling but this is how I smoke.

For the TikTok accounts that are already trusted, have been running for a long time, and have a high follower count, I automate them using my own internal tools. Currently, I only handle the first steps myself: buying new phones → warming them up → making the first posts. After that, I hand the phones over to the students I hire to continue creating and posting content. Then, once I feel the accounts are strong enough, I move them into automation. And right now, I’m traveling with my family in Da Nang. Which was odd given the fact that I have been isolating myself for years and call it under the pretext of : "I'm too shy or I'm extremely introverted" However, now... the moment I talk to someone and connect with them IRL, we are instantly sharing numbers so we can keep in touch. A loop of AI agents built me a gun. It just can't make it shoot. Day 11 of building GTA 6 with a loop of agents. Yesterday I said today they'd learn to steal cars and shoot. Today's progress: - 2 weapons in - Pickup system works (we can grab weapons now) The downside: you pull the trigger, nothing happens. The loop is incredible at the overall, but shooting is the main part of the game, so I think we wire this one up ourselves. So here is the progress I'm taking shooting and sitting down to learn the physics myself with agent as support. At the same time J A Z I I takes driving by hand. The agents keep doing what they're good at. They're building out the police system and the economy right now, while I type this. Also spent the weekend in SF at a Tripo3D Donut event learning 3D art.

When I initially made the short film I always envisioned this as an open world hack and slash video game inspired by my own continent of Africa. As an avid gamer I wanted to just quickly envision different weapons Nyoni can use as she traverses the world. Of course there is no video game here, it's just a rough idea presented purely as a video. Elastic lines, like rubber bands, link elements across the piece, representing how memories connect, how one thought leads to another, and how everything builds over time. These same connections introduce moments where the system attempts to pull itself back, as if trying to regain control. But it never fully resets. It is not a loop. The movement continues, drifting forward, never returning to a fixed state. Visually, the work reveals its own construction. Lines, paths, and rotations expose an internal logic, like looking inside a mechanism. The drawing language recalls diagrams, technical sketches, or the interior of a mechanical watch. It is a system in motion, always active. “Gift of Time” exists because I was given time by Art Blocks, OpenSea, and above all my family. It is my way of saying thank you. April 30 • 12:00pm ET Art Blocks + OpenSea “Gift of time” began during my residency in Marfa, Texas, as part of the Art Blocks and OpenSea artist residency program, where a distinct shift in the experience of time became central to the work. In the desert, I felt time move differently. It stretched, slowed, and became something I noticed. After a few days, the rhythm changed. Moments felt longer, attention sharpened, and I became increasingly aware of each moment as it passed. This work comes from that condition. Time is not treated only as a theme, but as a system embedded in the structure of the piece. Different ways of measuring time, such as mechanical cycles, calendars, and lunar phases, are translated into rules that continuously transform the work. The piece does not represent time. It runs on it. Its movement is tied to blockchain time. Even when unseen, it continues to rotate and evolve.
