Rep. Tim Burchett just said out loud what voters across the country are already thinking. Congress has failed President Trump — and they don’t seem to care. Burchett said that despite Trump winning overwhelmingly on a clear, mandate-driven agenda, Congress has been ineffective in carrying it out, choosing comfort and paychecks over results.
