Every time Marco Rubio speaks he makes sense. Think back when Joe Biden or Kamala Harris spoke. Do I need to say any more?

I really like Rubio. He has exceeded my expectations.

I voted for Rubio in the primary in 16. I used to really like him then I thought he was a rino now I'm starting to like him again. I think him and JD would be a good pair in 28.
