What this transcript proves is that none of the on field or VAR officials appreciated the fact Duran had in fact gone over on his ankle. Given this, it makes the decision to reject Villa’s appeal appear utterly ludicrous.

Horrible, horrible officiating. @FA_PGMOL is a joke. It was not even acknowledged that Duran twisted his ankle. VAR ignored it. And ironically they never saw it when Villa challenged the red card decision. It was just wished away just like that.
