I think a lot of depression and a lot of bad things come from the fact that you're always like, 'Oh, I need this. It's all about me, myself, and I.' Now, it's not about that... I'm working for something bigger than myself."

I've been in the league for 26 years, so everywhere I've been, the head coach and general manager work together. That's the only way it's going to work.
