I’m going to say something that may make some people uncomfortable, but at this point I don’t care. I am tired of watching Black Americans refuse to ask the most important question in modern politics. For most of the last sixty years, Black voters have given Democrats somewhere between...

I’m writing this while I’m still in it. Still stressed. Still exhausted. Still after crying. And I’m still working through the night. I need people to understand what this really looks like. The posts you see do not come from some calm, quiet, comfortable life. They are written in the middle of pressure, fatigue, sickness, grief, and responsibility. I take a photo, I write my story, and I post it. Then I keep working. Because I have to. Because my guys need me. Because I cannot give up. Because if I stop, the consequences are real. Every single day, I make the choice to stay here. And yes, sometimes that choice hurts. I am human. I know I could go home. I know there is a beautiful life waiting for me somewhere else. I know what I am missing. I know what rest could look like. I know what peace could feel like. But I stay. I stay because my boys cannot simply go home. I stay because they do not have the freedoms I have as a foreigner under contract. I stay because love is not a feeling here. Love is duty. Love is sacrifice. Love is showing up again and again, even when you are breaking. Right now, I am doing the work of five or six people in this brigade. Not because I have endless strength. Not because I never fall apart. Not because I am some kind of machine. I do it because I care that much. I do it because I am passionate, because I believe in #Ukraine I am a soldier. Not a volunteer. This is not something I step in and out of when it is convenient or I have the energy. This is my duty. 24/7. I save my vacation because when I finally leave for a little while, I do not want a getaway. I do not want a trip. I do not want sightseeing. I do not want Kyiv. I do not want the Carpathians. I want to go home to #Canada. And until the day I can do that, I work. Every post. Every video. Every message. Every fundraiser. I am on duty. Every four to six weeks, I scrape together a few hours to take care of myself and try to remember what normal feels like. But the truth is that I am tired. And some of what I do might look small from the outside. It might look ordinary. It might even look stupid. It is not. Because if I do not do these things, people will die. And yes, they may die anyway. This is war. There are no guarantees here. There are no perfect endings. There is only the fight to give them a better chance, one more chance, any chance at all. YOU give them that fighting chance. And that is why I am asking you, from the deepest and most exhausted part of me, to help. I cannot do this alone. I am one person doing the work of five or six people. But with you, I am not alone. With you, thousands of hands help carry this weight. With you, this burden becomes survivable. With you, these men have more than hope, they have support, action, and a chance to make it through. Please do not scroll past this. Please do not assume someone else will step in. Please do not underestimate how much this matters. #Support93

Before I begin, let me make something clear. I do not celebrate pride month. I celebrate Gods Human Nuclear Family. I celebrate the husband who goes to work every day even when he’s exhausted. I celebrate the wife who loves her family enough to sacrifice for them. I celebrate mothers and fathers who stay together and raise their children. I celebrate grandparents who pour wisdom into the next generation. I celebrate the family because it is the single most important institution ever created for the survival of civilization. Every June, I am told what I should celebrate. Corporations change their logos. Politicians issue proclamations. Social media fills with messaging designed to make sure everyone knows where they stand. I have a different question. What are the outcomes? As a pastor, I don’t live in a world of slogans, campaigns, and public relations. I live in a world of consequences. I sit with people struggling with addiction. I counsel families in crisis. I talk to children carrying trauma they never asked for. I see the effects of fatherlessness, broken homes, and generational dysfunction up close. When I look at America, I don’t see a shortage of pride. I see a shortage of stable families. I see marriage rates declining. I see birth rates falling below replacement levels. I see communities struggling to replace themselves biologically, culturally, and spiritually. Most of all, I see children paying the price for decisions they never made. That is why I celebrate the family. The family creates the next generation. The family transmits values. The family teaches responsibility. The family provides belonging, protection, and purpose. Every society that weakens the family eventually discovers that government programs, political movements, and cultural trends cannot replace what a healthy home provides. This video is not about hate. It is about outcomes. It is about asking why we spend so much time celebrating identities while spending so little time discussing the institution that makes every future generation possible. Let’s talk about the numbers. Let’s talk about the trends. Let’s talk about what happened to the American family and why it matters. #SilentMajoritySpeaks #AStoneGroove

VIDEO Democratic Front (DF) president Mathias Mpuuga on #TheGrindPodcast with Patrick Kamara 933 KFM: 1. "...I am an active politician, I have moved in every inch and space of this country. I know where his [General Yoweri Museveni support is, it is not 71% it is not even 50%, and he knows it too." 2. "I am on record before and after the elections for having spoken out. I went out of my way and wrote to every political party in the opposition, warning and inviting them for a commonality of purpose...Immediately after the elections, I held a press conference spoke about the same issues, I had warned colleagues about that we never cared about and they happened. So, I feel that I am vindicated to the fact that I raised the alarm. Those who didn’t care, there is no much I could do to drag them." 3. "Also I could have raised the challenge about that election in the supreme court, but I was not a presidential candidate and I did not have permission to raise the same on behalf of any candidate. Remember that in one of the amendments that I had intended in the presidential elections act probably out of ignorance or excitement, was to amend the law to the fact that a citizen can challenge the election in a supreme court as long as that citizen is a voter and there is a proof that his challenge is not a waste of court’s time. I had intended that when that happens when presidential candidates are either compromised or timid, a courageous citizen can challenge that election. That didn’t happen, and the opportunity was lost." 4. "What have I done as DF? The DF is is going to challenge particular actions leading to that election and our petition to the Constitutional court is ready, if you want to know how we have moved and that we are not sleeping as the DF." #RealChangeActNow
