This interview perfectly explains why the media is dead. You are finally offered a chance to hold the government to account with their internal texts leaked. And you spend your time whineing about the journalist who did it.

Mainstream media journalists who were utterly useless and subservient to the government during the pandemic are now losing their collective minds that they were totally wrong about Covid and have been exposed with their pants down. A sight to behold.

Newman is shooting the messenger for 3 reasons: it challenges lockdowns she trumpeted, Isabel has bagged a bigger scoop, but, pathetically, because The Times didn’t get the story. All the while ignoring the fact Hancock’s lockdowns were based on politics not science
