Yes, in general JoJo having a banger opening or ending theme is about as guaranteed as the sky being blue. Funny enough you are still on the OK bangers era. Stardust Crusaders, Diamond is Unbreakable and Golden Wind find a way to jump up in quality from this.

This is probably unbeatable even for Jojo; Sono chi no Sadame, GreatDays,Crazy Noizy Bizarre Town are the ones that come closest. At a certain point lose this vibe or become more generic on a musical level,in my opinion,but there is always some graphic idea that makes them unique
