We have known this for quite sometime. What we don’t seem to know is how to solve this. So if this Singapore $70k payment works out should be replicated. But be aware, if ppl doesn’t get what they been offered it’s just a scam. And people have had enough scams from government, that’s why they stopped having babies in the 1st place
