When a parent is not providing breakfast for their child it's not a matter of a lack of resources. It's a matter of neglect. Resulting from deep dysfunction, or mental impairment, or abuse. Breakfast can be made for a child for less than a dollar a day.

Because Max was pushing for things to be done by the state, encouraging us to fight and want from our governments. Reversing the decades long trend of neoliberalism that seeks to outsource responsibility onto us as if we’re simply consumers.
