Since Prof. Dora Akunyili left NAFDAC, we’ve had nothing but jokers in that office — including this current DG. Dora fought counterfeit drugs with her life. This one is just fighting to keep her job.

I get financial probity I get Fiscal discipline I get debt payment I get zero kickback All these fall within the operational framework of Tinubu’s government. Continuous Income Generation Programe. But NAFDAC shouldn’t be a revenue generating outfit, it should be more focused on service delivery as the nation only control laboratory for Food, Drugs and Cosmetics. Under your leadership, there had been significant increase in counterfeiting, expire items redating, importation of not fit for consumption items and such vices. NAFDAC under your leadership has failed in these areas. Your sarcastic response makes mockery of Nigerians that lost their lives to the ineffective working model of NAFDAC. The improvement you mentioned only highlighted you generating significant income, while @officialABAT keeps budgeting billions of Naira to NAFDAC, which were not implemented but revenue leaves state treasury.
