Ended up not hiring, we were looking at a Jr. thinking we needed more help in the position but AI has accelerated us so much we could manage without another seat. This seat is backfilling one of our engineers who's taking a break from tech in general.

I’m not even sure how people interview for developer positions anymore. A decent general knowledge developer with great ai skills is probably just as good, and likely faster, then a senior dev with focus on these coding languages but minimal ai skills now.

We have a full ecosystem of software from database, ai os, marketing, logistics, engineering ops, tuce map, server management, and a full Christian ai college with over 15k videos and courses that’s in the works mostly built at twice born ministries. My brother did the network administration for a Catholic school, my dad did network admin for a large bank in Cleveland. I’m into advanced ai modeling and made about 30 apps in the last 2 months. Not simple basic stuff. Our servers run on VeloceDB which combines Itam, SQl, and geospatial which was added for a logistics app. The combination removes latency and allows realtime audit for system. Every logo we have brings Christ and scripture into the company. Our Intelligence OS has a truth and governance that leverages biblical ethics, proverbs, and psalms. We should definitely have a chat we would be able to do your projects. We can do security systems, firmware, ai apps, websites, 3-d rendering, and have access to large footprint of capabilities to manage servers and other aspects for a full production platform.
