The Starlink experience continues to get better. It would be great to develop a diagnostic tool for third-party routers. I have a lot of issues with the Starlink mini in bypass mode…also, it would be great to have a historical reliability score instead of just showing current stats

@SpaceX @Starlink Would love a quick way to turn off wifi on my residential kit and minis. In case shit is going sideways, being able to drop the entire wifi network quickly and turn it back on quickly would be cool. Also would love a way to merge two accounts and keep all subscriptions.

@SpaceX @Starlink Dropping by to say I love the progress on the app UI. Switched my mom to Starlink in November and she loves it. One suggestion, maybe an elders mode? Similar to kid mode but just some basics. I'm on her account for remote diagnostics, but just a thought. :) Keep it up!

The web interface looks outdated and has many steps to reach important functions like the subscription activation/pause/cancel option. I own two Starlink terminals, and the oldest one is the default option in the store. The app should have an integrated button to activate/deactivate the subscription. Currently, if you're not connected to the dish, the app is useless ...
