The Sunshine Skyway Bridge looks like it's in Port Gellhorn in the Greater Toronto Area. It's a landmark in the Tampa Bay area, and Panama City seems to have been heavily influenced by it, so they blend in other cities outside of South Florida for the rest of Leonidas.
