U have no idea how to raise and produce a cow. Geez

Even a half side of beef will require LOTS of freezer space. My family used to raise our own beef in the 60's through early 80's, and we delt with an independent butcher in rural TX who would kill and process the cow for us. (he'd also connect us with another party who was interested in purchasing half of the processed animal) I suggest that you google 'independent butcher' to see if you can find one who can hook you up with a side of beef.
