Simplicity is at the heart of great software. This is one of the reasons why Claude Code has been sticky for me. As a builder, I love planning and brainstorming, and this is now a key focus of Claude Code. I use Shift + Tab a lot to cycle between brainstorming, planning, and execution. This functionality provides the appropriate interface for me to either be very involved or less involved as I please. This works particularly well when building out new and complex features or entire new projects. This saves a huge amount of time. It allows me to tune Claude Code to execute and build more effectively. It also builds a loop of trust, and I often (surprisingly) find Claude Code asking for clarifications when it's confused. Coding agents don't normally do that. I have shared before on the power of brainstorming with AI for longer times. Try it and you will not be disappointed. Vibe coding is fun, but pair it with intentional development cycles, and you watch how far you can take a project with coding agents today.

I think I've stumbled onto the future of building startups. It wasn't supposed to happen this way. It's 2 AM. I'm editing a podcast, questioning every life decision that led me here. I've already burned through hundreds of thousands on this thing since 2021. Zero monetization. Just burning cash. My business partner's probably thinking I've lost it. We're juggling 6 businesses, and here I am, playing wannabe Joe Rogan. Then it hit me. Not during the podcast. In the darn comments section. I start sorting comments by "contains question" using this AI creator tool called VidIQ. "How do you validate ideas?" "What tools do you use?" "Can you dive deeper on XYZ topic?" These questions keep popping up. Over and over. That's when the lightbulb went off. What if I could turn this into a lead magnet machine? Find questions. Answer them with free stuff. Rinse. Repeat. I team up with Design Scientist to crank out 2 lead magnets a month. (Tried doing it myself first. But it was hard lol) We start pumping out things like "6 Tools I Use to Find Startup Ideas." Suddenly, I'm drowning in subscribers. 10,000 to 20,000 a month. On autopilot. Now, you're probably thinking, "Cool story, bro. But how's this a big idea?" Clarity of what to build is probably one of the most valuable ways to build products people want. You have to understand a niche's problem better than they even know them. Problem: what's the roadblock keeping founders stuck? Segment: group these founders by their specific obstacles. Product: build the bridge that gets them over their hurdle. I use ConvertKit like a scalpel, dissecting these segments. Not by age or location. By the problems they're desperate to solve. Suddenly, I'm staring at a treasure map of founder pain points. And that's when you can build startups to solve their problems. Instead of being a lead factory, you become a startup factory. You use tools like v0/replit/cursor to prototype like a madman. And it makes your life less stressful as a founder. Because you know people are lined up to buy the products. I'm so convinced this is the future of startup building, I've bet $1M+ of my own cash on it. Building startups to solve people's problems. And cool part is this blueprint can be replicated in any niche. The best SaaS ideas aren't in some Silicon Valley incubator. They're hiding in your "free" content. Think of it like this (Isenberg's formula?): (Engaged Audience) x (Targeted Lead Magnets) x (Problem-Centric Segmentation) = Product-Market Fit on Demand Here's the step-by-step: 1. Use AI/software to categorize every single audience interaction by problem type. Build a heat map of pain points. 2. Create ultra-specific lead magnets for each major problem cluster. Think "5-Step Framework for Validating SaaS Ideas" not "Generic Startup Guide". I also use free communities as lead magnets. 3. Forget demographics. Segment by the problem they're trying to solve. Use ConvertKit to build dynamic segments that would make Zuck jealous. 4. Use AI to build rapid prototypes for top problem clusters. Test with your segmented lists for instant feedback. Your next cash-flowing business is probably stuck in a comment somewhere, just waiting for you to notice it. I accidentally built a startup factory at 2am. Happy I did. You may not know this about me. During COVID I attempted for 3 years to build a bridge from the farm gate to the local town. We were the center of the plate of many local restaurants, as well as portioned controlled meats for major food distributors. We went from 6 to 46 employees 20k a month to 800k/month. But it didn't just take my 46... it took a constellation of other people filling in the gaps. Tearing it down was just as much work as building it. I am proud of where I stand now with everyone involved. I grew more with that storm. For a while I was embarrassed that I couldn't make this thing run forward. One day I decided to look at it from a different angle. I decoupled experience from failure. Today I want to facilitate whatever it takes to pick up the pieces of what I learned to help whoever it is that wants to be part of the change in direction. I don't want to own the damn thing. I want to find the missing pieces of the puzzle so we can build back better.

When people ask me why I don't deal with alotta people..I bring up situations like this.. I hosted a live event with 4 (Dalvin Cook) last year to give FSU fans something dope after a rough season I let the Jax Seminoles club be a part of it (even though I didn't need them to make it happen)..could've gotten 4 on my show regardless, I just like showing love That being said, my goal is to do more live events where I get to celebrate FSU legends, and alum..highlighting their careers, businesses, etc..of course I'll do events that aren't related to FSU as well During the process one of the people involved on the process tried to backdoor me for some 💰(ahh silly rabbit) It was dumb to me, because it wasn't a crazy amount of money, and it wasn't worth messing up a relationship..folks be thirsty tho..and I'm big on principle You ain't gonna eat off of me (especially in a situation when I don't need you and I'm looking out) and then try to finess too lol.. I was sent this video of them taking all the credit for the event that wouldn't have happened without Trials To Triumph, and they tried to zoom in and crop me out of the video lol People will move dirty then play victim and be mad at you for calling them out on it lol..I wasn't the only one upset..my sponsors were upset, and didn't wanna do business with the person from the club anymore I'm sure that this is not a reflection of everybody involved with the club..not a smart way to treat alum though This is also a good lesson for someone else who may be going through situations where people try to play with you, lie on your name, or steal from you..sitting there and be quiet will only make the issue worse in the long run..use your voice and speak up, otherwise you're responsible for the other people later down the line that end up with the same experience that could've been avoided if they were made aware early on That being said, while folks were trying to finesse, we were locking in deals with national brands, and will be hosting a lot more events this year..I definitely wanna put something special together in the spring and before the season for FSU fans Full episode with Dalvin Cook is on YouTube, and we have a Huge episode dropping with Derrick Brooks tomorrow as well‼️ Stay 💯

I truly have no words to say right now besides that I love your content and how you deal with your career. If I am a good manager today, you should know that one of my biggest inspirations is you. its me, blank - i'm starting a new company called S7RX and im going to do what i've never done before - sharing it all here you probably know me as the founder of openpurpose but in short - i'm a designer turned founder - i started my studio 17 years ago called 3drops in stockholm which i rebranded to openpurpose a couple of years ago and grew it to over 70 members globally working with leading tech companies in us besides running the agency, over the past decade i took on a few personal projects that meant something to me - like leading the digitization of the global visa system for over 65 countries and working with a few enterprise founders to launch daring projects to future proof their organizations along the way i experimented with dozens of ideas which some turned into ventures and a few became companies with their own dedicated teams but for as long as i can remember i only had one dream - to launch a brand that earns like a tech company but feels like a lifestyle brand so now at the age of 36, i'm doing just that and calling it S7RX my first product is launching next week and with that we are officially starting this new journey so follow on IG to see the stories and say hi : ) this will be different

Back when I had nothing… I was a nobody to most people. TBH, my parents didn't even see me getting to where I am today. It's just the truth, the chips were stacked for my sister. Not me. But it's just not the reality today. However, there was ONE person in my life that didn’t see me that way. My significant other saw something in me before a lot of things. Before all my wins. Before the $. Before any proof. And honestly… that means a lot to me, if not the most of all. I’ve always been wired a little different. I’m a mix of finance, engineering, and tech, with a sprinkle of obsession. I learned and studied from the best. Warren Buffett for how to invest. Elon Musk for work ethic and where the future is going. And once I saw it… I went all in. Bc when you truly understand what you own… you don’t need 20 bets. What you really need is conviction and just a few bets. That’s how I approached everything in my life. All the way from Apple… to Tesla… to 𝕏… to xAI… and now SpaceX. I believe I have an eye for spotting the best entrepreneurs and companies early, before it becomes obvious to everyone. And when I see it, I back it 100%. That’s just who I am. I don’t need a big circle. I’ve already got my day ones. I don’t need approval. I grew up my whole life with doubt and hate, so what’s one more? At this point, the levels are just too different. And yeah… it's true, it actually gets harder to make new friends when you’re moving like this. So I stay loyal to the ones who were there when I had nothing. I made it with Apple - youngest in, youngest out. Then I made it with Tesla… while people were laughing, doubting, calling me crazy, telling me I was going to go bankrupt with Elon. Fast forward to today, now I'm heading into something even bigger. If the story plays out the way it’s shaping up… SpaceX could have the largest IPO in history this year. The company is talking about raising over $75B… at a $1.75-$2 trillion valuation. For context… the biggest IPO ever - Saudi Aramco - raised about $29B. This would be more than double that. Let that sink in deep. To me this is more than just an investment. This is owning a piece of the future of space, energy, AI... extending the light of consciousness forward in case something happens to Earth. People can call me crazy. People can call me cocky. Arrogant. But the people that actually know me know the truth - I’m just real AF. I say what I believe, and I stand on it. And I genuinely don’t care what people think. I have two middle fingers always held high for those kind of people. That’s probably why I’ve been able to win the way I have. My significant other tells me to slow down sometimes. And I get it. But for me… What’s the point of life if you play it safe? If you see an opportunity that can change everything… and you just sit back? That’s not me. I’d rather go all in on something I believe in… live with intensity… take the hits… and actually feel alive and live life with fulfillment. Laugh if you want, doubt if you want. Some play it safe, a few go all in. You can call it risky. You can call it stupid. You can call it crazy. I call it living. Bc at the end of the day, I'd rather go all in on something I believe in and fail... than spend my life wondering "what if."

Gentlemen, this isn't aid... it's disguised humiliation. It's not "humanitarian aid," but rather humanitarian ambushes, where the weak are liquidated and dignity is killed before the eyes of the world. Hundreds of martyrs, thousands of wounded, and an army of disabled and amputees, all paid for the flour, not with money, but with blood! Do you know where the aid is sold? On the black market, in the hands of those who betray, monopolize, and starve, while those who deserve it cannot reach it.. Whoever reaches it is a fedayeen, risking their lives as if they were in battle, for a bag of rice... for a can of sardines... for a handful of life! I went from ZERO($0) to 5 figures in less than 5 months The year 2024 was a defining year for me and a lot of my friends. I'm laying in my tent reflecting on my life right now..and I have to say, some would say my life situation of being homeless is a sad thing .. because you see people out there who are addicts and in bad situations .. but mine isn't anything like that. Although I havent had a home in 10 years, I see and feel the blessing. I'm so free in life to live how I want in life. Sure while sometimes I desire a bed to come home too.. I get to have a bed anywhere in life I want. I'm so free to live and explore as I please with nothing to tie me down. If I could share any piece of advice, it is simple do not trade your freedom of life for the chains of society and what they deem how YOU should live. I promise in this day and age you can be so free and make money without anyone there to tell you when to clock in, when to eat lunch, when you can use the bathroom, none of that! I hope you all find the bliss I feel in life someday.

Excuse me for breaking the wall and sharing personal🤟 I just turned 40, which brought about a wave of reflection, and I'm incredibly lucky. I make my morning commute like most, grind at a desk until 5, then I flip roles to becoming a podcaster, a writer, a coach, a husband, and a dad. Life is moving at warp speed. I'm not rested, but I'm not tired. I'm not polished, but I'm not giving up. I'm not content, but I AM happy. The support and friendships I’ve found in this space have genuinely made my life better. I will never forget you standing by my side during these times when I really need you by my side.. My daughter Julia sends her greetings to you and tells you that she is very happy with your gifts to her.. The pictures below are of some fresh vegetables and fish for Julia. Unfortunately, I bought everything in these pictures on the black market. I paid $600 to $700 for some food. The price of all of this did not exceed $50 before the war.. Everything that money buys is not valuable. My daughter's life and safety are better than all the money.. As long as you are by my side, I will not fear anything.. My friends and loved ones.. After careful examination, we confirmed that Julia was suffering from jaundice Therefore, doctors recommend not giving up canned foods and looking for fresh foods for them. Julia is really getting better and better. This improvement is because of your standing by my side, my friends.. I am very grateful to every person who stood by me and supported me in order to bring happiness to the heart of my child, Julia. I would be very grateful if you would support me to buy fruits and more vegetables for her until she fully recovers My friends and loved ones... I apologize for the delay in updating because the area I go to to get an internet signal in order to tweet has become very dangerous and I can no longer go there as usual.. Good morning guys! This is going to be a lengthy post but I know some of you ask for new videos especially for the anniversary and I absolutely hate letting you guys down but I don't think I got it in me anymore to produce more videos on Legends We've been at it for 7 years I had a lot of fun moments creating content and I tried my best in all these years to entertain you and bring you the best possible gameplay a player could get his eyes on My main goal with the channel was to teach you all about pvp and give you all these amazing moments with high IQ level plays (we were that good, lol) and get you into that mindset as well to find ways to outsmart your opponent I have shifted a lot from games in general I usually spend my time studying new stuff almost daily and even though I still love content creation as a whole the time investment for me is not worth it as I have previously mentioned Never cared about the money the channel produced, never really made an insane effort to push out more videos than I had to as the channel only has 1.3k videos in its 7 year lifespan for me making the right content, showing the best fights is what mattered thats why there's so few videos Currently enjoying life expanding my horizons in different ways always being positive with everyone is what can keep you going I have taught you eveything I could for pvp, you guys have new creators now that produce content in my place so keep supporting them, I really enjoy sitting this one out for the time being It's not like I'm going anywhere after all I'll still be here discussing stuff with you just taking a back seat and relaxing for once lol BESIDES I WANNA SAVE MY CCs DAMMIT! By Thursday, we will be announcing Phase IV of the Health Insurance for vulnerable citizens in Kaduna. The figure takes us to over 1, 000 in partnership with KACHMA. I missed being in the office. In the next few weeks, I will state my position politically. I owe the public that. I always state whatever I do through my handles. I was with my father for a few hours and he is fine with me running. As God is my witness, and on behalf of the excellent people Kaduna North, I will be running for office in 2027, if alive. We will still focus on the job we were elected to do, and there are a few leaders, Northern Statesmen and fathers that I have to speak to. My position is peculiar. But I have tried to handle with honour and dignity. My wife and I have decided this is the right course. And my people are with me, on social media and offline. I have never feared an election for a day. But it is the right of anyone to try. Respect that right knowing my record speaks for me. Thank you.
