You’re correct. If they hooked the top of one like they’re doing and only accidentally touched another of the top ones it would be a phase to phase short and release all the potential energy. Considering there’s no safety gear being worn it could be devastating. Arc flash and arc blast are killers. Arc blast is when the energized components are literally vaporized. The superheated particles can be breathed in and it gets ugly.
