Strong legs are the foundations of a stable posture, yet many let theirs weaken over time. You lose your ability to move and stand upright. Much of my work with chronic pain clients involves strengthening the legs. This video shows 8 essential lower body motions: 1- Hip Extensions Standing upright involves straightening your torso to align it with your lower body, an extension of your hips executed by your Glutes and Hamstrings. The problem is you sit on these muscles all day, weakening them over the years to the point where they fail to do their job. Your lower back picks up the slack against its will and becomes overworked. I'll start chronic pain clients with Hip Bridges on the floor to ensure everything is balanced, then progress to Hip Thrusts and eventually Standing exercises like the Romanian Deadlift. As for the Deadlift off the floor, those are great if you can access a barbell or kettlebell. - Hip Bridge (0:05) - Hip Thrust (0:11) - Romanian Deadlift (0:17) - Deadlift (0:23) 2- Split Squats Split Squats are excellent for strengthening the knees. In the case of a chronic pain client, I use them to stretch the quad and Hip Flexors of the back leg, which are often extremely stiff due to sitting. This stiffness makes the body collapse forward and is often the limiting factor when people try this exercise for the first time. I'll start someone with the Front Foot elevated because it's easier on the front leg and gives a great stretch, then progress to flat and rear foot elevated. - Front foot elevated (0:30) - Flat (0:36) - Rear-foot elevated (0:42.2) 3- Lunges Lunges are the dynamic version of the Split Squat. Besides being excellent for strengthening your leg muscles, the one thing I love about this exercise is that it teaches you how to brace yourself as your foot lands. Many people lack the core strength to absorb an impact. Lunges develop that shock absorption capacity, especially when done with weights. Ensure you have mastered the Split Squats before doing them, and use different directions to target your muscles differently. - Forward (0:48) - Back (0:54.7) - Side (1:07) 4- Squats The king of all exercises is crucial for your ascension. The vertical motion improves your ability to overcome the world's weight crashing down upon you. It's also an amazing Glute and Quad stretch in the bottom position. I'll start chronic pain clients with the bodyweight variation before progressing them to weighted and eventually one-legged, also known as Pistol Squats. Doing one leg at a time is one of the best ways to balance your body's left and right sides from head to toe. - Body weight (1:12.5) - Loaded (1:19) - Pistol (1:25.5) 5- Step-ups Step-ups are amongst my favorite one-sided exercises to strengthen the Glutes and Quads. They are excellent for improving the stability of your hips and abdominal muscles. Use the Front and Lateral variations to maximize your results. - Front (1:31.5) - Lateral (1:38) 6 - Leg Curls Leg Curls strengthen the lower attachment of your Hamstrings. They are an integral part of my knee and lower back recovery programs because many people are weak due to sitting. I'll have chronic pain clients use a towel to create muscle resistance, though you can do them standing to get some much-needed blood flow. The best way to benefit from this exercise is by using an exercise ball or a machine at the gym. - Standing (1:43) - Towel (1:49) - Exercise ball (1:55.4) - Machine (2:02.1) 7- Adductions The inner thigh muscles become problematic when people sit with their legs crossed. They either get stiff or weak depending on whether you cross one leg over the other or with your foot on the opposite knee. I love Copenhagen Planks to restore the balance in your adductors. - Knee-bent (2:08.8) - Straight-leg (2:14) 8- Calf Raises The ankles are the cornerstone of your posture because they affect the alignment of every other joint above. Strong Calves are essential to their stability, yet many omit them from their workouts. Standing Calf Raises also strengthen the knees from behind. Doing the Donkey variation, you'll feel an intense stretch from the knee to the ankle. Seated Calf Raises work a different lower leg muscle essential to pump blood back up from your feet. - Standing (2:20.5) - Donkey (2:26.6) - Seated (2:33.3) Include these 8 types of motions in your routine as an insurance policy against serious mobility problems down the line. Keeping your legs strong ensures a stable posture and quality movements, two crucial factors for a high quality of life.

Jimmy: I had no f*cking idea how to run a company. None. Zero. David: Is this when David Geffen sold Geffen Records [for $550 million]? Jimmy: Yeah. David: Can you tell that story? Jimmy: David Geffen is brilliant. He comes from right near my neighborhood in Brooklyn. He's exactly 10 years older than me. He's five seven. I'm five seven. He's Jewish. I'm Italian. We were buddies. He was great with artists. He signed Joni Mitchell and The Eagles and all this great sh*t. So I felt real comradery with him. I'm producing records. I'm actually in the studio for 20 years making music. I wake up one day and he sold his company for $500 million. I'm from Brooklyn. I want to make a lot of money. I'm not embarrassed by that. I wanted to live like I saw on tv. David: What I love in “The Defiant Ones” …cause everybody feels this way. Especially if you didn't grow up with money. I know exactly what you're talking about. This story comes from when you were an engineer, not a record producer [yet]. You see this producer and he comes in and he's got a leather jacket, a fancy bag, and he's got a beautiful girl. And you’re like: That’s it! Jimmy: Yeah, you bet. That's it. You gotta tell yourself the truth. I'm not Bob Dylan, Mick Jagger. Bruce Springsteen, Stevie Wonder. Marvin Gaye. So I felt the next best way in was producing. That was my way in. So I'm like, well this feels really good. And then I saw Geffen and I said… David: That feels better! Jimmy: Oh sh*t! He's doing the same thing. He's not even in the studio all night. He goes home at six o'clock. I'm working until three o'clock in the morning, So I said I bet I can do that. David: And then you go talk to him and what does he say? Jimmy: He said to me, “You could start a record company. You know how many stupid people there are that have record companies?” So I started a record company.

Bryson DeChambeau shot a final round 65 to finish 3rd at LIV Golf Korea, just 1 shot out of the playoff. He said after the round that the improvement was due to the work he did with Gemini AI after the 71 on Saturday: “Yeah, the beginning of the first round I felt great. Golf swing felt in sync and then it started getting out of sync and it felt like my hands were getting ahead of me. It continued that way for the next two rounds, and it was very frustrating. “I spent some long hours on the range trying to figure some stuff out and I was talking to AI quite a bit last night trying to go through some different physics principles that makes the club turn over, having some alpha torque and gamma torque put in there. I was like, what makes that possibly do that, and was talking about just grip pressure and tension. “So I came out here today with just a little bit more freer hands, and I felt the club a lot better, and I felt like I could close the club a lot more effectively and then I started striping it. “From then on out, I was able to kind of control it. Still missed some wedges to the right coming in, which is kind of frustrating, but that's just me holding on a little bit rather than just letting it go. “I feel like I'm on the right path now, and I had it okay in the first round, but really felt it -- I felt really good this round. I felt better than I did in the first round, which is a good trend. “Hopefully it continues, and I'm just continuing to learn. That's the thing; this game is so brutal. Missing two cuts at the majors and you feel like you're golden going in there, won a couple events and playing well, and this game can kick you when you're at your highest. “It goes for all of us, not just me. It's everybody here. Everybody wants to win. “I think that's the beautiful part about golf is that it can kick you when you're at your highest or it can bring you up when you're at your lowest, and yet we have to respect the game for that. “So I felt great. Didn't feel great in the middle of the tournament, but then the last round today I felt a lot better. “I'm proud of the way I persevered to finish third without really anything.” And then spoke about the Gemini assisted practice session he had at 8pm: “I was slamming the club in the ground trying to figure out what to do. I was frustrated. Been trying everything in my body. I didn't actually figure it out on the range. I went back and started talking to Gemini and trying to figure out just what it could be to passively make the club turn over. Hands just felt like they were moving forward like this and I couldn't get the club to turn over. Even if I tried to stop it here, it still wouldn't turn over. “So I left kind of frustrated and learned later that night that I just needed to relax my grip pressure and let the thing just fold over naturally. “I'm still working it out. I don't have the answer.” The solo 3rd was a good bounce back from a disappointing missed cut at the PGA Championship. He’ll now head to Valderrama next week for LIV Golf Andalucia before attempting to win his 3rd US Open at the historic Shinnecock Hills in a few weeks. Bryson DeChambeau Crushers GC LIV Golf

The president speaking at his golf course to the leaders of Latin American nations at the “Shield of Americas.” This guy is clinically demented. Try to read it. “I'd love to get to your countries at some point. Marco loves going to your countries. He's always at one of these countries. He likes your countries the best, OK? You know, where are you? I mean, Chile, how good, how is Chile doing? Good. He likes it. He feels very calm. We all like him, right? It helps. He's got a language-- he's got a language advantage over me. Because I'm not learning your damn language. I don't have time. I was OK with languages. But I'm not going to spend time learning your language. That much I want to. Just give me a good interpreter. Interpreter? Very important. And I know if somebody's good. I may not speak the language. But I know I had an interpreter recently that wasn't good, talking to a very strong person from a different part of the world. And I could tell, even though I-- even though I don't speak the language, I could tell the interpreter was not good. When you go, uh, uh, uh, when I give a long flowing, beautiful sentence, and in this case, it was a woman. And she gave it in about one fourth at the time. I said, well, their language may be efficient. But it's not that efficient. And I could also tell one half great interpreters. Interpreter is very important. You have a bad interpreter. You think you're doing well? What did I do a good job talking to? This one of that was I great when I spoke to Putin today. Was I great when I spoke to President? And she was I great. But if the interpreter is speaking right or is weak or is ineffective or not good or not interpreting your words correctly, um, in one case we had an interpreter who once you disagreed with what we were saying, you actually changed it. We considered her a foreign minister, right? But what no, the interpreter is-- I talk about it all the time. Interpreters are really important. When you don't speak the language, they don't speak the language. It's you people have no idea. People have no idea how valuable. And I'm on them all the time. People have no idea how valuable a good interpreter is.”

Ross Coulthart discussing the mysterious meeting at Esalen attended by billionaires, Where a psionic called in shapeshifting blue orbs in front of of a crowd of people that landed on a beach and were photographed There was also a nude hot springs crowd that saw the blue orbs Link to interview in comments Ross -“We are talking here about a retreat that took place at Esalen, which is a beautiful location, three and a half, four hours south of San Francisco on the west coast of the USA. And it was a gathering of very high net worth individuals and brilliant scientists and some inordinately talented people. And yes, Jake and I attended that retreat, and to some degree I am bound by confidence. But what I can tell you is I witnessed a psionic who I know a person with alleged psionic abilities, psychic abilities. With them in a group of people, probably 30 or 40 people go into a deep meditative state. And I just wanna say, this person had said to me at 4:00 PM that afternoon, Ross, we're going to see a blue orb tonight. And I kind of giggled nervously. And anyway, what happened was he starts meditating and bing up on the far horizon over the ocean. These two white orbs, slightly golden at times. They start coming towards us. And I, I won't embarrass this gentleman, but there's a, a certain person of extraordinary high wealth and extraordinary big heart who's yelling at these objects going, we love you. We love you. Come closer, come closer. And the whole audience, you know, we're all, we've all been meditating and being invited to sort of try and psychically connect. And I am a miserable failure of a meditator. If anybody wants to teach me how to meditate, I'd be very, very grateful. But something happened, and I suspect it was our psionic operator who made the connection because he later indicated to me that in his mind, he was inside that object and he was bringing it towards us. And the audience's loving engagement. And I know this sounds hippie-ish I don't, I'm just telling it like I heard it and saw it. But essentially the loving engagement with that phenomenon encouraged it to come closer. And they did. They came closer and closer and closer. And I'm not gonna give away too much because it's for Alex Klokus and the Sky Watcher team to reveal how much they want to reveal because it's a beautiful story. But basically, I'll tell you this, we were in one part of Esalen and there were a whole lot of people in the hot springs at Esalen on the other side of the hill. And I'm far too shy as a old guy to go and sit in hot springs with beautiful young women. But there were essentially a be a bunch of beautiful young people sitting stark naked in these hot springs on the other side of Esalen. And all of a sudden they see these blue shapes coalescing in front of them. And sure enough, we got images from the hill looking down of a blue orb, a beautiful at times octagonal looking blue orb, which kind of hovered near the naked boys and girls in the hot springs. And then it went and landed on the beach. And it was hilarious. 'cause I'd said to the, the lovely young psionic, I'd said to him, well, mate, that was pretty amazing, but I didn't see any blue orb. And he was a bit puzzled. And then literally at the moment that we are talking about the fact that we hadn't seen the blue wall, but it turned out it had manifested itself to these beautiful young people on the other side of the hill who were all stark naked and probably, I think in their naked innocence, more attractive to the phenomenon. I have to admit, I'd be going and having a look at them rather than me and anybody else with clothes on. And it was, it was quite beautiful because these people were all very touched by that experience. And yes, there was a blue orb exactly as was predicted that showed itself to all of these people. It was quite beautiful. And yes, it did manifest more overtly because of a loving, welcoming presence, which I find fascinating. “

Justin Thomas is playing the Charles Schwab Challenge this week for the first time in 4 years. Ahead of the event, he said he builds his schedule around what best prepares him for the majors and it may change year to year: “Everybody's different. I would say the most, the first and foremost, most important thing that a lot of the top guys, a lot of, anybody that's in the majors, you're going to at least I would think, is what's going to prepare me the best for the major. So like I've had success in majors when I play the week before. “But playing San Antonio the week before the Masters for me doesn't feel like that's getting me prepared as much as possible for the Masters. Therefore, I don't play San Antonio. I had a year where the PGA, when it was at Southern Hills I wanted to play the week before Byron Nelson, it's easy travel, and I played the week before. So it's very situational of when you play, don't play in that regard. “But I mean I really, really, really try with all my might to not do four in a row, four in a row is like I'm not fun to be around. It's very taxing. So I try to cap it at three. “And, yeah, there's a lot of great tournaments, we're very fortunate to have to miss some great events, but you have to at some point. So just kind of start with the majors and fill it in here and there, I guess.” Justin is coming off the back of a final round 65 to finish T4 at the PGA Championship, his best of the season so far, and will be looking to continue that form and contend for his first win at Colonial Country Club. 🗣️ Jon Rahm Rodriguez on a painful second place at Valderrama RAHM: "As far as second places go, finishing second in Spain stings just a little bit more. It's two years in a row where I'm going on this stretch with a chance and come up a little bit short. So it hurts a little bit more" "It's such an iconic golf course in Spanish history that I would definitely like to etch my name to it. Every morning my parents go to the members cafeteria, and I've met them for a little bit and I get reminded, they have pictures of the champions, and like we want your picture up next. To know that I have a chance and now I'm going to have to wait a little bit longer, it hurts" "But it was a golf course where it was a love-hate relationship early on. I didn't play great. I didn't know how to play it. I got frustrated because I couldn't hit driver every way. Once I learned how to play it, I love it more and more every single day. There's very few golf courses that can compare to the atmosphere that Valderrama creates. There are very few golf courses that are fit for competition more than Valderrama" "I think, when you win here, you truly are by far the best player in every single aspect of your game. You can't hide behind an easier setup or easier greens or wider. Like everything in your bag needs to be on for you to win here. There's no excuses. That's what I think makes it so special, the champion here is a true worthy champion" "I'm happy obviously for the team. I'm happy we're able to defend the title. I'm not sure why we do well here or a place like Mexico City, but they do have similarities. Ball striking is all our strengths, and I think, give us a tree lined golf course with some wind, we're going to defend ourselves pretty well" "But to watch Tyrrell win after just becoming a dad, I couldn't be happier for him. Again, if I'm going to finish second to somebody like him, it really doesn't bother me at all" #LIVGolfAndalucia | Legion XIII

Jon Rahm shot a 3 under par 67 to take a share of the lead at the PGA Championship. After the round, he praised the PGA of America for the set up of Aronimink this week: “I would like to know who came up with that, by the way. Honestly, when I heard people talking about 20-under par, it made me question my ability to read a golf course, because I was looking at the greens and where they could put pin locations and possible wind, I just -- my mind was never -- I actually got worried. I'm like if somebody shoots 20-under, the amount of records they're going to break this week would be unheard of. “You know why I think that can happen is also the fairways up here by the numbers are probably wide. They don't play as wide as they really are. Holes like 7, 10, 15, with how much slope you have to the fairway, you have to hit a very accurate golf shot to be in it. Like that, you can add too 2, 4 -- maybe not on 6, but like I said, 10, 12, 15, 16, right? “You need to hit -- with the slope of the fairway and the wind going with the slope of the fairway, it plays a lot more difficult than I think a lot of people would have foreseen at first with how much they're rolling out. And credit to the PGA for the setup. They found some incredible hard pin locations out there. Usually when we're practicing, we put our disks out, and there's definitely quite a few that I would have told Adam, man, there's no way they're going to put a pin there, and they did. So we found a way to keep it all close together. “As hard as it is to play, the challenge can also be kind of fun if you do well. That's probably the reason why the leaderboard is so bunched up and it's going to be such a good Sunday tomorrow. So in that sense, showmanship-wise, they've done a great job.” Jon was also asked if a win for him this week would be a boost for LIV Golf as they look for investment outside of the PIF: “Honestly, in a week like this, one, I'm thinking more about myself. I'm not going to take on anything outside what I can control when it comes to competing tomorrow. “If I do get it done and I sit here again tomorrow, then you can ask me the same question, and I'll give you an answer. But what it would mean for Spain as well in the grand slam tally and being the last leg of the grand slam for us as well, there's a lot of things that would mean a lot, but too much of it is out of my control. “So hopefully I can keep doing what I've done so far this week, especially today, and I get the chance to answer that tomorrow.” If Jon were to win tomorrow it would put him 3 legs towards the Career Grand Slam, complete the Grand Slam for Spain, and end the drought of major winners for LIV Golf that extends back to Bryson DeChambeau’s US Open win in 2024. It’s a massive final round ahead for the Spaniard. Jon Rahm Rodriguez PGA Championship

Tesla Model YL impressed the heck out of me! I’ve seen all the reviews and noticed many of the same things, so I won’t repeat what others have said, but I want to highlight stuff I haven’t seen many/any people talk about! TL;DR: passenger space is plentiful and not an issue, best model Tesla sells. Game changer for families. Passenger space/comfort I am 6’2 and can comfortably fit in all 3 rows even when adjusting them all to fit me-sized humans! Leg room is 100% not an issue. The only catch is 3rd row headroom. In a proper seating position, my head hit the glass. However, another guy who was 6’0 sat back there and was totally fine, so torso length matters! Even for me, a lil slouch or scooting my butt forward and it was totally fine. 6 adults can easily and comfortably fit in YL for sure. The thigh supports in the front row do absolutely nothing for anyone taller than probably 5’8. Very underwhelming. The captain’s chairs recline REALLY far, almost laying down, combined with the heated AND air conditioned seats and the first two rows are positively luxurious. Arm rests are also great and very sturdy. They come up high enough to still be comfy even for a tall guy like me. Tons of rear vents, air flow was really good and consistent throughout. Trunk space The sub-trunk cover magnetically attaching to the 3rd row seat-back is a great way to claw back some of the lost space when the 3rd row is up. Makes it very usable. Also, people have criticized the bump when the 3rd row is down, but there’s a pair of little folding arms (4th pic) that pops up and makes it totally flat. Great design! Head rests They are adjustable up and down via a mechanical button that you press and hold and just lift/lower the headrest by hand. (3rd video) Pretty decent amount of travel, and a huge improvement! These are on the 1st row AND the captain’s chairs! Camping I had a quick chance to fold all the seats down and climb in on my belly and close the trunk, and this is a huge improvement over the normal Y. I had TONS of room, my toes weren’t touching the trunk and my head wasn’t touching the front seat, not even close! And that was without moving the front seats at all! I sleep in our 2023 Y all the time and it’s great, but it’s only barely enough room and only with the front seats allllll the way forward. Also, the 4 extra vents in the rear cabin will be huge for air flow, which is somewhat of a problem in other Ys. Zen Grey Interior I’m a big proponent of Tesla’s white interior, and I like the Zen Grey! Definitely not stark white, but it’s still very light and looks phenomenal. Doesn’t look dingy at all. If you’re a white interior enthusiast like me, you’ll love Zen Grey too. General observations The showroom was PACKED with people and everyone was there for YL! I talked to a lot of people and let me tell you, families are super excited about YL! It was fun to watch everyone’s reaction as they climbed in the 3rd row and were shocked how usable it is.

I bought 12 blackwells when bigcoin was ranging around $0.25. Each virtual miner costed me around $1,500 to buy... Now they cost $10K each. Everyone on Abstract at the time was totally convinced it was dead in the water. People hated bigcoin because you couldnt take 1-5% of the supply with one click, not without it costing an arm and a leg. The idea was brand new and the notion of a 'Minepad' is a one of none product, a category leader, unlike memes on the chain which were just $pengu beta at best. No one had patience to actually lock in and play the bigcoin game, which is a far more fun and fairer game imo. But myself and a few other chads knew this was something special, the IP, the brand, the community, the narrative... and so we were patient and kept reinvesting and buying when no one cared. It was painfully obvious to me that the #1 runner on the chain wouldn't be a meme--even though I hold $ABSTER and $NOOT and I love them both, they won't outperform a strong category leader, utility token with legs like BIGCOIN. 3 months ago Luca Netz said his favorite coin was $big and here we go months later he's still saying bigcoin could go to billions. Sure Base chain had some strong memes but the real runners were aerodrome, virtuals, and zora. Its not about catching every single pump, just about catching that one life changing trade. To me $BIG is the fucking giga sender play and if you're sidelined its still very very very early. Abstract is cooking and im just so grateful to be a part of it. Below is a song i made a months about Bigcoin. Ty you for reading this and god bless you 🫂

In his new concentration camp, Trump is befuddled by the word “detainees,” twice, and decides it must be about him. It is impossible to overstate how absurd it is that this horrifically unwell man is being allowed to destroy the country and the world like this. h/t Aaron Rupar REPORTER: Is there a specific time frame you expect the detainees to spend here days, weeks, months? And does that have anything to do with the immigration judges you just spoke about being trained and staffed here? TRUMP: When you say what was the first part of your question? REPORTER: Is there a specific timeframe you expect the detainees to spend here, days, weeks, months? TRUMP: In Florida? REPORTER: Yes, here in Alligator Alcatraz. TRUMP: Look this is my home state I love it. I love your government. These are all friends of mine. They know very well. I'm not surprised that they do so well. They're great people. Ron has been a friend of mine for a long time. I feel very comfortable in the state. I'll spend a lot of time here. I want to, for four years, I've got to be in Washington and I'm okay with it because I love the White House. I even fix up the little Oval Office. I make it, it's like a diamond. It's beautiful, it's so beautiful. It wasn't maintained properly, I will tell you that. But even when it wasn't, it was still the Oval Office, so it meant a lot. But I'll spend as much time as I can here. My vacation is generally here because it's convenient. I live in Palm Beach, it's my home. And I have a very nice little place, nice little cottage to stay at, right? But we have a lot of fun and I'm a big contributor to Florida. You don't pay a lot of tax and a lot of people move from New York. And I don't know what New York is going to do. A lot of people moved to Florida from New York and it was for a lot of reasons. But one of them was taxes. The taxes are so high in New York they're leaving. I don't know what New York is going to do about that because some of the biggest wealthiest people and some of the people that paid the most taxes of any people anywhere in the world for that matter, they're moving to Florida and other places. So we're going to have to help some of these states out I think. But thank you very much. I'll be here as much as I can. Very nice question.”
