That’s abuse. They are pressing a blunt earring through skin and flesh. It hurts like a bitch and it tears through the tissue. If your child wants their ears pierced, go to a reputable piercer who does it with a needle, not this bullshit.

I know exactly how I feel, disgusted. That poor little girl was fast asleep when her earlobe was stabbed without her knowledge or consent. If I were her I’d be too scared to fall asleep for a while, cuz what if mom attacks me again?

Atrocious. We waited until our daughters were teens and could decide if they wanted to have their ears pierced and take care of them. Children should not be forced to get their ears pierced

This is absolutely horrible. Not only are piercing guns wildly inaccurate and the jewellery ends up too tight as they’re butterfly backs, but you’re not qualified, doing this to someone who is SLEEPING and that someone is a child. Piercing a child’s ears isn’t recommended as the jewellery can migrate as the ears grow. What sort of fucked up person would do this to a child?

My mom got my ears pierced when I was 3. They were absolute torture & she wouldn't let me remove them. I will always advocate against piercing ears without consent. Kids should have the choice. I didn't & it caused trauma. I don't wear earrings as an adult.

It’s one thing to take them to a professional where the kid is awake and can see what’s going on. This is crazy in my opinion. I wouldn’t be surprised if this little girl ends up having an issue falling asleep due to anxiety of what can happen while sleeping after this.
