I’m old enough to remember when the Tesla haters boldly claimed $TSLA could never make an annual profit— let alone dig out from ($6B) of lifetime accumulated deficits.

Longevity isn’t just for billionaires. Julie Gibson Clark spends less than $100 monthly and outranked the wealthiest on the longevity leaderboard. Her secret? NOVOS Core. Affordable choices, big impact. Read her story here:

Now, even a quarter everyone agrees was terrible adds hundreds of millions of dollars to lifetime profits! 🤣

What’s that I hear some of you asking? You think I made it up? Nobody ever predicted Tesla would be forever loss-making?? Friends, I wish I were making it up:

This was actually a reply to the 2018 WSJ article in which Tasha Keeney, Galileo Russell, and I agreed we wanted to keep our $TSLA shares even after Elon‘s “considering taking Tesla private at $420. Funding secured,” tweet because we thought Tesla could exceed a $1T market cap.

This account no longer exists, but once had a fiercely loyal $TSLAQ following:

Here’s one from 2019, from another once prolific $TSLAQ scribe who seems to no longer exist:

Fashionable in 2019, this smartish $TSLAQ explainer described exactly how long investors had gone wrong to think profits were possible.

When I started investing two years ago I quickly learned that there are bad takes everywhere from everyone. Even the “experts” can be very wrong. Listen to expert takes from both sides, learn as much as you can. Really nerd out on the products if you are going to invest. Make your own conclusions.

It was definitely impossible for them to dig out from a deficit that's currently 1/6 of their war chest. Yup, impossible! 😂

I remember too! Bought and held during peak debt too! Have not been disappointed at all. Just wait and watch the story unfold.

I never registered the deficit from 2014 onwards. This was ringing in my ears to loudly: Keep your face to the Sun and you’ll never see the shadows. The “Sun” was Tesla’s mission statement burning brightly. It burns brighter today than it ever did.

haters aside, most ppl aren’t realizing Tesla already positioned itself in a path of no return to become the most valuable enterprise in the world, with cooperation between Elon’s other enterprises xAI, Spacex (starlink) and Neuralink (neurolink with Tesla and Optimus one day)

Scaling an automotive business is hard enough. Add in EV, American manufacturing, and AI, well that makes going to Mars seem reasonable.

Me too, James. Indeed, those haters are losers! Tech solves problems, and Elon creates opportunities while solving humongous problems in tech!

@sobieski902 Yup. The haters were there long before Elon did politics.
