In all seriousness, I’m here for this. Apparently there are 2 conferences on just now. I thought it was just one 😂

I’ve worked out these conferences in my own terms. The Oxford Farming Conference is like the Free Church of Scotland, while the Oxford Real Farming Conference is the Free Church of Scotland (Continuing).

Really inspired after a session on The Veterinary Role in Ecological Sustainability. So many ideas that I can take home and implement. And points to include in our crofting session tomorrow

Also very nice to have a chat with a guy who heard me speak Gaelic and came to talk. Very random. Not part of the conference, just an Oxford resident

Hope you’ve gone on an Oxford FB forum to ask if any supermarkets will be open on Sunday/whether the local people will welcome you if you buy a house in Oxford.

It's a strange place - so remote. Are you going to write a piece for the Guardian or the Sunday Times magazine? The locals are rather quaint!
